Mac’s Sushi

I bought sushi from this store today and I got a bad bad bad sushi I have ate in my life! The smell was so fishy smell although I choosed the cucumber one without fish And O told them I’m vegetarian! And I don't like fish especially the smell of it because I have an allergy from it! But After I bought it and I started to wait couldn't even complete it!!! I back to the store there was a too rude woman I’m not sure if she is the owner or what but I think she is the owner instead to be nice and polite in the dialogue with me she was sooo rude! I can not image how this store hired this woman! Zero customer service! She told me never ever the one that you bought the fish smell especially we prepared it first! Maybe the problem of you!! In you! And she was so rude till she told me don't buy it again from here prepared it at your home!!!

So rudeee woman!! And then she said sorry I have another customer!!!
I can not image this woman live with us in the so nice Canadian society who is famous that is the most nice and polite socitiey in the world!!
She told me she never get bad reviews about their food I thought ld her and what if you get this is normal she was not acceptable that even!!
So, Bad
I didn't recommend this store!!

Kind owners. Always accommodating dietary restrictions, gluten free sushi and soy sauce is available. The fish tastes fresh every single time.

They advertise food they don’t actually serve.
If you go there you’ll see on there walls posters of sushi burrito, poke bowl etc… they only have classic maki and sushi.
Also, they are dismissive and low key rude

Phenomenal sushi fresh and full of flavour , he made my Philly roll very fast when there was none out there atm and probably some of the beat sushi I've had definitely recommend

I got a salmon avocado roll and it was very tasty and fresh! Great service and one of the rare place that doesn’t ask for a tip for take out. It is in a mall

It's so fresh! It's some of the best, flavorful sushi in Ottawa (especially for a mall location). The man is on his game and makes it fresh if you ask as well.

I absolutely love Mac's Sushi. I come here often, and love it every time. the sushi always tastes fresh and well made. customer service has always been good.
