Enjoyed my bowl, but was lucky enough to be the only customer at the time. I might hesitate to wait in line for it. Make sure to check that your food is vegan/vegetarian since they made mine with chicken first by mistake, but kindly and quickly remade it with tofu.

I really wanted to enjoy my experience here as vegan food in Canada is difficult to come by. However, the visit was a disaster. The young assistant didn't note that I was vegan even though I had said this when I ordered the vegan soup and a salad. I hadn't visited before and didn't realize until it was too late that what I had been given was chicken soup. I thought it was a meat substitute. I was distressed beyond words. He clearly hadn't had enough training and didn't seem to understand the gravity of the situation. I went back to the hotel room and made myself sick. It was a horrendous and traumatic experience. He had offered a refund from his manager after the weekend, but I couldn't face going back. It was a sad end to my stay in Canada.

A bit expensive for a lunch, but fresh and flavourful. A favourite spot for a quick lunch downtown.

Had the little Piri Piri bowl and it was delicious. Chicken was spicy and the sweet potato and broccoli went well with it. Service was friendly.

I love these salads. They're so fresh, with balanced flavours and textures, and just yum. Also, the restaurant is very clean and the service is quick and polite.In terms of price, a single salad bowl is about $19 (including tip) so it's not an everyday place. But for a "fast food" salad, it's one of the best!I like the Santa Fe bowl the best :)

Popular lunch spot offering labeled vegan options such as bowls, sandwiches and soups. I love the soup bread combo with their coconut curry soup and rosemary focaccia. If you go between noon and 1PM on a weekday, it will be packed.

LOVE Mad Radish, one of my go-to places for lunch. Pretty sure I ate here almost twice a week during their Buy 4 Get 1 Free promo. Great service, even at the very end of the day!If you go during the lunch rush try to have a bit of cash on hand for a tip, one of the Interac machines doesn't have a tip option and with their amazing service when the line is 20 deep, they all deserve a tip for sure! :)

I’ve been going to the Glebe location for years but unfortunately the portions sizes are much smaller and I am left hungry after my meal. Not worth the $16 at all. It’s unfortunate because I love the healthy options but won’t be going back since I’ve been dissatisfied with the portion sizes for a few months now.

Awesome food! Staff was wonderful and very patient! Definitely recommend coming here with friends if you don’t want to cook at home but still want something healthy

What an incredible experience. I was trying to arrange a lunch meeting that started at 11am and every place I contacted for individual lunches could not do delivery for 11am. Mary was extraordinary. She not only made this delivery possible but went out of her way to make sure this was stressless for me. The food was incredible, arrived before 11am and made exceptions to get the items by customers wanted to enjoy. Stephanie was also amazing. She was able to help me when I couldn't sign in and made sure the extra items I needed were added. I cannot express how grateful I am to Mad Radish, in particular to Mary and Stephanie for making my event successful. Everyone could not stop talking about how delicious and fresh all the food was!!Visiting their stories or having them cater is a must!!!! They are amazing with amazing food!! 10 stars if possible.

Perfectly adequate lunch spot, it does get a bit busy if you go around noon so be prepared to wait in line and don't expect to have a seating area. Food quality is exactly as you'd expect, relitively fresh and average size portion. My suggestions would be to get a bowl with rice and greens instead of just rice, as you get a significant amount of it already. Also I'd suggest not to get a custom bowl as it starts at 3 toppings, and they charge an extra dollar per scoop and it can add up quickly.

First visit and am very impressed. Delicious salad, made even better due to the compostable packaging. I usually don't get takeaway salads because of the clear plastic lids - this is a great example of how they are absolutely not necessary! Also love the mini desserts. Will definitely be back to try some other options.
