Mad Radish l Healthy Restaurant & Catering

UPDATE: Customer service never got back after they asked me what would make things right. I am reducing my review to 1 star for that reason. UPDATE: I emailed customer service and have not received a response with multiple attempts. PREVIOUS REVIEW: I informed the cashier I was a new customer. I told her I would like a vegetarian bowl and she recommended the crispy taco salad which can not be considered healthy to be genetically engineered corn which when mentioned and was not debated. I was told I could have tofu or avocado as a vegan protein. I chose avocado then asked if it was possible to add tofu as well and she said yes so she either did not hear correctly or made a mistake but upon getting my takeout bowls (3 in total), not being advised of cutlery not being included or where to find it, I left. I realized the cutlery was not inside a block away so returned to pick some up and was not acknowledged. The salad was caesar with vegan cheese and tasted pretty good. I did not get their brown rice but opted for full greens. Another bowl had halal peri-peri chicken was good according to my son but not very spicy as she had mentioned. The third bowl was lemon-herb chicken with greens and brown rice. This dish was dry, no dressing and my son said the brown rice tasted stale. The price did not match quantity or quality. I would expect organic produce etc. for that price. If the customer service was better I would give it 4 stars.

Got 2 of the mad Caesar’s on Uber Eats as part of the deal, they put negative dressing on my salad… like why? Why not just give me a good amount of dressing, it’s why people get Caesar salads…

Incredibly overpriced for the amount of tofu you get in the Mad Ceasar. Also ordering off the website is a nightmare and it's not posted anywhere that they use Uber Eats to deliver, which I never use because they're awful and wouldn't have ordered delivery had I known that's who they use. I wrongfully assumed they used their own drivers, but of course just my luck the Uber driver was incredibly late and my food sat waiting for over an hour.

Thumbs up! We shared the Bombay Spice Bowl and the nicely dense oatmeal chocolate chip ball. Tasty!! Satiating. Healthy. We’ll be back :)
