Customer service could be better. The prices here are a higher than usual ice cream spot. Overall, cute dessert to try out if you are around the area.

Belle expérience.C'est fort plaisant de regarder l'employé fabriquer la crème glacée avec de l'azote liquide.Selon mes enfants, il s'agit de leur meilleure glacée "ever"

Its a really interesting concept - I had never had liquid nitrogen frozen ice cream before. I ordered the oreo ice pop and it was interesting, but I found the actual taste was a bit flat, plus there were little jelly balls (similar to bubble tea) which had a very unusual flavor that did not go with the oreo flavor at all. It wasn't bad, but for the price I expected something that tasted better.

Fantastic and creative desserts! Nitrogen ice cream is really worth a try. We tasted the mango pop ice, the bubble waffle with ice cream and the honey toast - all fresh and fun options!Great place to get a treat on your walk around town

We waited 30mins for 3 simple ice creams and one waffle. Were do I start, the 3 ice creams didn’t taste anything, for 5$ a small scoop I was expecting better. The waffle is 15$, the outside is burned and the inside is uncooked. Expensive and trash, won’t recommend

The most surprising thing we experienced in Ottawa during our 3 days stay! Different and good! Fresh ice cream made before your eyes with liquid nitrogen. We went back the next day! Try the Mango pop ice and also the Strawberry pop ice. The bubble waffle ice cream was super good too! Hong Kong style dessert! Family owned, great people!

I was pretty disappointed with our experience, we walked in and waited 10 minutes before we saw someone come to the front. We were the only customers and after we ordered, about 2 minutes before the person making our order went in the back for another ten minutes. During this time, a delivery driver came in to pick up an order that the business had pressed the "order ready" button. The delivery driver had to yell at the person in the back before they came out again, and told the driver the order would be "another five minutes". After 10 more minutes, the delivery driver left frustrated and yelled at the worker. We waited a total of 35 minutes before receiving our order of two items.Long wait times are expected at specialty food places, but this experience was subpar. Food was neat won't be returning any time soon unfortunately.

We stop looking for the dragon breath but got dragged by other things in the menu!Everything was very tasty and fresh, the service was excellent and I love how every single one of our orders was personalized… this is a little must-go on Ottawa! Absolutely delicious and unique.

This place makes most (if not all) of their desserts from scratch using liquid nitrogen. It's cool to watch, but it can take a while. We waited for about 15 minutes, so I wouldn't recommend going if there's already a big line.Price-wise, most items are on the high side. That being said, their items are pretty unique and very tasty. I had the mango ice pop which was really good. Would recommend for a treat.

My son brought me here on my birthday and while the almost 14 dollar banana split (not A typo) was good it was very disappointing. There were 2 very small scoops of, what I suppose was ice cream... He put some liquid stuff in a mixing bowl and then it came out as ice cream... I have no idea. The menu showed 3 scoops, cherries and lots of whipped cream. Mine had a few strawberry halves and 4 little cubes of peaches. It was very odd and very cheap. I felt so bad for my son paying for this. There's also the issue of a language barrier and the 45 minute service. I asked for caramel sauce and got butterscotch... I don't see this place surviving unless they make some changes. Much needed changes.

The ice cream made with liquid nitrogen is so smooth and delicious! The place is cozy and it was fun watching them make the desserts!

$9 for a small scoop of ice cream that was freezer burned. I'm all for supporting small business guy this was truly terrible

This place is slightly pricey, and the scoops of ice cream are kind of small. The ice cream how ever does taste good, I usually bring my daughter her and get the strawberry flavor. And I usually grab myself a bubble tea. The bubble tea this good, and it has a fair price aswell. Overall, I will continue to go here. I would of given this place a 5 star, I just think there needs to be more then one person working. I had one person ahead of me and still waited over 15 minutes.
