Terrible. I love the food at the Carlingwood location but it's far from everywhere. The billings bridge locations food was a bit dry, but this one is the absolute worst I've tried. They have less options and the food is bland.

This place is my guilty pleasure, the food may sit heavy on my stomach but it is so worth it. I literally put myself in pain for their General Tso's chicken and I will willingly do it again and again. Only this location though, something about the cooks or the turnover causing food to rarely sit long enough to cease being absolutely delicious. It's still good at other locations but whatever the difference here is makes the stomach ache worthwhile whereas other locations just lead to regret and self-doubting questions of "why did you do this?" "What were you thinking?" And "Who are you, I thought you were better than this!"

This particular location has nice staff but not so good food (even for a chain). I've been going here, once in a while, for over a year now and the food is getting worse, not better. Today, the fried rice that I got with my entrée must have been reheated from the day before. It was terrible! When you pay $10 for fast food, it better be well-prepared. I don't think I'll be going here anymore...I've lost trust in the quality of their food preparation.
