Came in today, saw that they put up their end of day $11.99/plate sign. Came up to the counter the old Asian lady ignored us and continued to pack the end of day plates, we waited for a bit, then she came over and served us. There were multiple premade plates to choose from. We picked two and when she rung us up the total was around $32.99. I pointed at the sign and asked her why it wasn’t $11.99 and she told us, it was because it was a combo with 2 different meats. We told her to put it back and she had a disgusted look on her face. It was horrible customer service, why put up a sign and then tell customers it’s a different price when people inquire about it.

Ordered on Uber eats for the black pepper beef, there is only 3 pieces of beef, and all the others are green peppers. The spicy chicken is so hard to bite and it tasted bad like leftover from yesterday. Not recommend and won’t order again.

Ordered online ahead of time so I could make use of my limited lunch hour, got there 5 minutes after I set the pickup time and was told "Not ready. You wait" meanwhile there was nobody else waiting on food. Finally got the food 15 minutes after the set pickup time.

Furthermore, as a delivery driver, I have experienced excessive wait times for orders, particularly for simple dishes such as fried rice and chicken, which should not require an extended preparation time.

the food was genuinely horrible. I've never been the type to throw away food but i genuinely couldn't finish my plate. The noodles has such a weird taste. The broccoli was sitting there for so long it was disgusting soft no crunch the taste was super odd. The only thing that i was able to finish was the chicken. I do not recommend at all save your money!

Went here today to pick up an order we made online on their website. When we stated we were picking up an order once of the employees told us there was nothing there. We told them we ordered through the website and showed our phones with the confirmation number and order. Immediately she started screaming at us. They kept saying if it wasn’t with skip or Uber then our order didn’t exist. Even though I paid $75 and had a confirmation order for this location we were getting screamed at that they couldn’t fulfil our order. The arguing and screaming continued for about 15-20 minutes in a packed mall while we tried to reason with the staff. They told us we couldn’t get our food even if they checked our phone for the order and that we would have to call for a refund. Finally one of the staff called their supervisor who confirmed they could see our order on the website. They finally filled our order in silence without an apology. We will never go back to this location, I’ve never been screaming at by staff at a restaurant before - especially when we did nothing wrong. Avoid this location and go to Bayshore instead.
The food may have been from yesterday, dried and hard noodles, beef that some was fresh and some had the dried out feel and look of jerky, I usually like manchuwok, this place was bad food.

Bought just a box of Lo Mein noodles and an hour later I got food poisoning because the noodles were not cooked well at all. Very bad place, I will never go there again.
