I have been loyal to manchu wok for years! But as of late, the location in billings Bridge mall has decreased in quality. The last time I was there on Sunday, I placed an order for me and my brother. Two piece items with noodles, general tso chicken, and pepper beef. Unfortunately, I noticed halfway through the order that the cashier lady was visibly sick. No mask, just gloves and wiping her face with her wrist. This was very uncomfortable, and I felt bad about canceling the order, so I took it anyway. I'm two days in now, and my brother and I are both sick. We only eat one, maybe two meals a day, and this was definitely what got us. Please, please keep staff at home when they are sick and please ensure a clean and sanitary kitchen. The lady should not have been serving food. Please fix this as this location is the closest to me, and I do not want to stop coming here! When working in food, cleanliness is one of the most important things!

I ordered the pick any two items: noodles, honey garlic chicken and beef. The food overall was poor. There were only a few selections to choose from. The noodles were the worst part of the meal. The honey chicken and beef was alright. Food was severed barely above room temp. Service was terrible. I asked for a takeout container and was charged for it. Definitely do not recommend!

The lady working the counter is very friendly, and the food is absolutely delicious as well as being a pretty decent price for the amount and quality of it. Only detracting part for me is that it's in a mall food court, but otherwise an excellent place to get something to eat.

Rarely come here but decided to buy 2 items for to go today. The lady was very friendly but didn't realize until I got home that she put a lot of rice underneath my 2 items so I could only get very few of the meat. This is a rip off. What's the point of divided tray if you're gonna cheat someone on what they pay for. The food's taste is acceptable but so oily and nothing really to go back for. I will not be repeating this mistake.
