I don't live or come by this area often. I remember coming here frequently 15/20 years ago and it was really good. Went there the other day after not having been there in a very long time and with fond memories of good food there. Wanted to check it out once more before they close for good. They are far from what they used to be, and I have no idea why. Service was adequate and pleasant. The restaurant is dated and hasn't changed since I first went there some 30 years ago. The smell of the bathroom permeates the air throughout the restaurant.I ordered General Tsos chicken and sesame beef. Neither of which were crispy. General Tsos was not spicy at all. They both had pretty much the same sauce on them but the chicken had way too much vinegar added to it.I make better general Tsos at home. Also order the vietnamese spring roll... Which was basically a deformed meat ball with some thin batter on it. I've eaten Vietnamese spring roll at a lot of places. This was the first time seeing it served like this.Very poor excuse of a plate for General Tsos or Sesame beef. Very small portions for the price.I guess they have fallen far from what they used to be. If this is the type of food they're putting out, good riddance.Maybe I ordered the wrong things?

Overpriced beer at $11.25 that you must get yourself out of the fridge. The owner hands me the pay machine to pay for the beer and adds the tip option at 15 percent minimum with no option to customize the tip. So I handed the machine back to her and told her to fix the machine without the tip option so I could actually pay for the beer that I had to get myself out of the fridge! I was then subjected to verbal abuse suggesting I should go to MacDonald's if I don't want to tip for a drink that I had to get myself. At least at MacDonald's the counter staff actually do serve you what you ordered! The owners of this restaurant tacked on 15 percent tip onto the food and tax bill. The owners of this establishment don't understand that a tip is optional and not mandatory especially when the service is abysmal. Do not recommend this restaurant.

The local classic, best spot in town to grab some dim sum before they shut down this summer.

I am very disappointed with the service, food and negligent staff. It would seem that this location closing down for one of two reasons: The food and service is lacking and therefore they must close or staff do not care about customers and will therefore serve shrimp fried rice that is not fried. I say happy closure.

So sad to hear that this place is closing. I’ve been coming here for years and the employees are so kind. The food is great and the prices are fair. This place will definitely be missed. Closes June 4th:(:(:(

The service was very poor. No one asked if I wanted to add water. I waited for 10 minutes to order before someone came. The food is even more incomprehensible, all dishes are cold. The pork in the preserved egg and lean meat porridge was stale and smelly, the custard buns were rotten on the outside and the fillings couldn't be bitten inside, and the shrimp dumpling wrappers were torn and lackluster. Chicken feet don't taste like chicken.Nobody answer when I want to place my order, waited for 10 minutes for order. The food has bad smell and the surface of the dim sum all breached.

Food is OK but the service is so awful. They made a mistake and the woman waitress and manager who was at cash was so rude and horrible to us when we presented we were being charged the wrong amount. When she realized she made a mistake and charged us for items we didn't order, after physically showing her our table and order receipt compared to hers. They never apologized and looked embarrassed and just turned the other way. This is not a cultural thing, this is jsut being a dishonest bad business that hoped we wouldn't notice.Never coming again.
Best dim sun in town!

The item I ordered was really tasteless. It was $19 pre tax and tip, came you about $25 after the mandatory tip. There might be better items here, I only had that one. The portion sizes were large. But the dish really did not taste very good. The restaurant has an old school interior. The service was alright.
