We had a brunch for our local brunch club here on a Sunday and we're the first group to arrive. The food was definitely good and the service very friendly, albeit a bit slow given the fact that the restaurant wasn't that busy (2 people in the group had to wait at least 10 minutes for their food after everyone else had been served). Also, they had no decaf coffee! Otherwise, a good experience. Would be interested to return to check out dinner.
We made a reservation in advance because we needed enough time to enjoy our meal before heading to an escape room nearby. We arrived at 6:00 p.m. and placed our order around 6:15 p.m., but the food didn't arrive until close to 7:00 p.m.—and not all at the same time. Unfortunately, this left us rushing to leave for our 7:30 p.m. escape room. The food itself was good, but the long wait took away from the overall experience. I hope the service timing can be improved for future visits.
The Manor is a great relaxed place for dinner. Food is well presented and delicious. Wait staff knowledgeable and helpful. Drink menu is also excellent!
Coffee was not hot when delivered to the table the restaurant is very pleasant and has a great atmosphere but the food was not as enjoyable as it has been in the past.
Sone of the best brunch items I have had anywhere. The drinks are so menu is refreshing and unique. I highly recommend the food
We went for an Escape room (illusionist) and dinner. Dinner was good, for the price it was a good meal. I had the beef sandwich which was excellent and my husband had the poke bowl which was nice fresh ingredients, he just asked for a little soy sauce and he really enjoyed it. Our server was great. No complaints. I Love that you can take a drink with you into the room. The escape room... Although the puzzles were fun the room is in very rough shape. One puzzle was so worn down and rough that we ended up just making it up based on the image on top and the girl at the end just said "yeah it does't really work anymore" we wasted a lot of time trying to solve something that wasn't solvable. The story they tell you at the beginning has almost nothing to do with the puzzles in the room, it was a little odd. We love escape rooms and had fun with it but they absolutely need to give their rooms some attention. It's one of the roughest in the city that we have come across. Maybe the other rooms are better. 4.5 stars for the restaurant. 3 for the escape room.
Had an amazing time here!
The ambiance is unmatched, perfect for catching up with friends, family, and even meeting new ones. The service was genuinely excellent; everyone was kind and attentive.
For starters their sharable bruschetta was so good.
I had the salmon poke bowl and really enjoyed i. The flavors were great, though the rice could’ve been cooked a bit more. My friend had pasta and loved it, just wished it had been cooked maybe two minutes longer.
Drinks were okay. I tried two mocktails and unfortunately had to send one back. That was the only downside of the night. They could definitely improve the mocktail options.
We played cards after dinner, and it made the whole evening even more fun and memorable.
Would definitely return when I’m back in Ottawa!
I had the best time at Manor Lounge lastnight! Amazing food, great atmosphere, and incredible staff. It was busy but I felt so taken care of by the staff. The hostess took the time to set us up with darts and ensure we had everything we needed. 10/10 for the front of house staff- from the moment I came in to the moment I left it was top notch service. I'll be back!
Amazing experience from reservation to dessert. A super fun spot to catch a Sens playoff game on the mile. Packed house, yet great service and tasty food. Loads of games and fun vibes all around. Will be back on Thursday and Saturday! Go Sens Go!
If you are going to watch a game on Sens mile do not go here. Very old TVs, poor seating and no cable. They try to stream the game which buffers every 2 seconds.

I've been here many times, but this was the first time for brunch. The server gave us a terrible dining experiences. He couldn't answer even the simplest questions about the menu, instead responding with shrugs. Couldn't describe the shape or size of the sausages correctly. In spite of the menu saying that the extra, add-on sausages had prosciutto in them, I detected not even a trace of it. The kitchen mixed up the orders and put my eggs on my friend's plate and vice versa. An honest and simple mistake that might happen anywhere. However, when I told the server, he shrugged instead of offering to send the plates back to the kitchen to have it fixed. He stood dumbfounded and could not tell the difference between poached eggs vs over hard. He didn't seem hungover nor high, but if I didn't know any better I'd say he'd been huffing glue. He certainly didn't seem to care if his guests were getting what they ordered nor their experience. Bottom line, he shouldn't be working anywhere in hospitality nor with the public. Won't be coming back to a place that finds this is an acceptable level of service. Do yourself a favor and just go to Deacon Brodies or Sir John A for brunch on Elgin.
Had an amazing time at the Manor lounge our server Eden was top notch. From friendly approach, good and drinks suggestions absolutely fantastic. My party and myself had the best time. Eden, we will definitely be back to enjoy your 5 stars service.
The only little disappointment is the fact they changed the type glass when I requested for a coke refill. It was the same thing for my friend who requested another rum & coke, his second glass was smaller.
Thank you so so so so much for an amazing evening!! We were a group of 15, which usually makes it virtually impossible that everybody has the same feeling, but I am happy to say my entire family loved it all! To have an escape room, an amazing dinner, then playing games like darts, foosball shuffleboard tic-tac-toe connect four and on top of all that a wall full of board games! Also must give a special shout out to Brendan, he continued to go above and beyond to make sure we were all happy and he was so personable and funny and hugely attentive, We actually don't think we would've had that good of a time if he wasn't there that night! We're already planning other events to go back there because we all loved it so much. Highly recommended
6 persons attending for brunch. Service was very slow and had to ask for cutlery, sugar, salt and pepper at least twice. They did have a big group in at the same time, but it wasn't very busy for a large establishment. Terrible coffee and food was only OK.
