These people were so nice to me! I was so embarrassed - I left my wallet at another restaurant - luckily it was still at the other business. I had already ordered praline ice cream - and was embarrassed to tell the clearly that I left my wallet at another business. They actually stored it in the freezer for me - and miraculously I was able to get my wallet at the other business (I'm visiting from outside the country). I retrieved my wallet in 15 minutes - returned - and enjoyed my ice cream. I will be back here before I fly out to Alexandria, VA!

Service was friendly and quick. The topping I wanted was not visible, however it was available and offered upon inquiry. TY income was light and flaky. Absolutely delicious!

Ice cream was good, although they had the least amount of options of any Marble Slab I have ever visited. They did not have any of the flavors we were looking for. When I settled on a flavor I asked for chocolate chips, they showed the container with chocolate chips but then they shelled out chocolate discs…like the baking discs you would get from Bulk Barn! To say I was disappointed would have been an understatement. I will never go back to Marble Slab on Bank Street, Ottawa.

I visited the establishment on a weekday evening. The staff members were engaged in a conversation in the backroom. I patiently waited at the counter, contemplating the various flavors available, but unfortunately, no one emerged from the back to assist me. Having worked in the service industry for several years, I understand the occasional oversight, but I believe it is essential for staff to be attentive to customers upon their arrival and be prepared to offer assistance. Consequently, I decided to leave and patronize another creamery nearby, where I received prompt and courteous service.

"If I could give this place a zero, I would. I spent $17 for two ice creams that were horrible; they were melted. I ordered the salted caramel flavor. The place was super cold inside, and the door kept screeching on the floor. I want my money back." It’s way OVER PRICED! Also there candy was also stale.
