The fries where burned and salty and the Philly cheese pockets contained little to now steak and the mushrooms where not cook properly and tasted gross, and overall i wouldn't recommend anybody to get food from this place.

Generous portions of food, ordered ths philly steak sandwich and sweet potato fries. Sandwich was wrapped around a soft bread with good amount of beef but lacking in taste/flavor.

I got the best fish burger in my life. The sweet potatoes and onion rings are just succulent!

Straight off the train from Toronto today, the Mall is only one stop away, I really wanted to try the Burger Bowl and it was delicious. Fresh fresh fresh and a generous portion.
Extremely personable service and so nice to see right into the kitchen where the Magic happens! This is in a very large, bright, extremely clean, well designed and not noisy food court.
I will go back! Thank you!

Doubles the price of food on Uber eats to abuse the buy 1 get one free field. Basically lies to customers to exploit a selection on Uber eats. Dishonest advertising.

Went by this evening (June 14 6:30pm) to get a poutine and noticed the young girl working was on her phone with both earbuds in and was prepping a burger and she kept touching her phone and the food with the same hands. This is a huge food safety violation and just disgusting in general. Not only was she not acknowledging the customers waiting while talking on the phone (I didn’t see anyone else working with her) but I decided to leave when I saw her touching her phone then touching the bare food with the same gloves on. Please teach your staff about basic food safety and that we can clearly see them.

I didn’t like the taste or smell of the burger—it didn’t seem fresh or well cooked. The French fries came without any sauce or condiments, and I had to ask for a fork. These basic items are usually provided by default or made readily available on a self-serve shelf. Overall, it wasn’t a good experience.

I had the double cheeseburger combo at Marcello’s in St. Laurent Mall, and the food quality was good—fresh and satisfying. However, the customer service experience was disappointing. I visited on Tuesday, May 27 around noon, and the cashier at the time showed no hospitality or effort to engage. There was no greeting or communication—just a head nod, which felt dismissive. I understand people have off days, but being tired or unmotivated shouldn’t be an excuse for treating customers without basic respect. A little courtesy goes a long way.

Needed a quick meal while out shopping and felt like a burger. I've been to other Marcello locations before and never been disappointed.
Got a bacon cheeseburger and onion rings. The burger was loaded with fresh tomato, lettuce and the didn't skimp on the condiments. The onion rings were insane. Never have I seen such a large portion of onion rings before. Other places could learn a thing or two form this place.
The service was good, just felt it could have been better.

I asked a question about their menu and was met with a little attitude by the male cashier with the curly hair and the glasses. He acted like I was inconveniencing him by even asking a question (it was not even busy) and then offered up extra information not even pertaining to my question. Put a bad taste in my mouth so I didn’t even bother trying to get something else from their menu. I don’t know if he was having a bad day or what but I did not deserve that. I’ve gotten food from here in the past, but I don’t think I’ll ever purchase anything from this location again.

I personally didn't find much favor I ordered the philly cheese steak sandwich. Although deserving wizard very large, I still did not enjoy it.
