Super tasty, think five guys but more affordable and you don't feel weighed down after. Nice staff, had a great 1st experience with the chain, gonna look for them over the more known chains now.

Accidental find at St Laurent mall food court. All halal - no pork products. Ordered their loaded burger ; very good! Two smashed patties- creamy sauce, fresh buns!
Fries were a tad bit salty.

Very bland burger. Can't taste any sort of seasoning in the beef. Bacon is burnt. Can't really taste anything at all in this burger. Poutine is good but that's it.

I just had the bacon burger at Marcello's. It is an excellent, juicy and tasty burger. Better than a lot of sit down restaurant burgers. The fries are also very good. Will definitely come again.

Do not order from these guys using Uber Eats. As you can clearly see, they float their prices to counter any promotion they issue. Not a single burger is 24 bucks but as soon as something is put on buy one get one free, they double the price. This has been found on every single promotional item. Burgers start at 12 bucks except buy one get one. Reg poutine is 22 bucks buy one get one free where as their other poutines are 14 bucks each. So their regular poutine is more expensive than an upgraded one?

They are just out to rip people off clearly. The pictures don’t lie and neither does grade 2 math.

I just got the worst food that I have ever received I hope something gets done about this place. They make the other location on Walkley Road looks so bad that I don’t even wanna order my food from there. I hope somebody sees this review and actually does something about these people and how they run their business and how they let their food go from their business. I have seen on the review board that there is over 200 reviews there is not one good somebody please stop the food that is coming from this place, lol health and safety. Please look at this.

Ordered the Buy one, get one free combo cheeseburger. The food arrived late. It took them almost 1.5 hrs to prepare the burger. One burger, this is not a feast for 30 people. Additionally, they added pickles, when I didn’t add them to order! And to make things even more fun, they forgot to include the second burger. The food was ordered at 7pm and arrived at 9 pm. Embarrassing service, if you don’t know how to use Uber eats, don’t include the service into your portfolio. Whoever is responsible for this should reeducate their employees!

Tried this for lunch with my family today. Great service and very fast. Love the dinning room setup. The couch option was a big hit with my autistic son. Also not having super loud music was very nice too from a sensory point of view. Definitely recommend. The burgers were delicious. The fries were a HUGE portion.
