Got the Flame Grilled Chicken Bowl, the entire meal was drowning in sauce. Made for a very wet eating experience. Would not recommend, Poulet Rouge or Nandos are significantly better options for a Chicken Bowl

I drop into this location often when on Preston. The food is always exceptional. Today I’m taking the time to add a review to additionally recognize the excellent service.
I just had some oral surgery done and I’m limited in what I can eat. One of the service team members was kind of enough to prepare me a small container of mashed potatoes in advance of them being out on the hot bar. Not only were they absolutely delicious - they were perfect for my circumstances. I can’t thank the kind woman who aided me enough!

A good place to grab food when you are not sure what you want. They always have a good selection of salads and more substantive dishes, both meat-based and vegetarian. You pay by weight, with a good-sized lunch meal costing between $12 and $17. The food here is hit-or-miss. Most often, I like food here, but there were several times when I left the place very frustrated. You can also get a made-to-order sub or sandwich here.

I eat here quite frequently. At least once a week. The two women behind the counter making sandwiches / pizza are 2 of the most unfriendly people I’ve ever encountered. It doesn’t matter how much you smile or be polite, it’s never reciprocated. It seems odd to have such unfriendly employees be the one who are the face of your business.

I was there this morning and ordered a breakfast plate. Everything was semi cold. The eggs tasted like the powdered type. I was so disappointed I asked for a refund. The old guy at the cash was not happy. I've had their breakfast sandwiches and they were pretty good. Their salads are great. Overall meh experience today though.
