They are extremely friendly, walking in, you are properly greeted, wait time, less than 10 mins. Food is simply some of the best I have ever tasted. Extremely comparable to actually going to Montreal!!! The smoked meat actually melts in your mouth, the fries are better than most chip stands!!!! Awesome job guys!!! We visited today Oct 27th around 2:30 ish.
we went here for Father's day and was greatly pleased. The smoked meat was fresh and delicious. fries and onion rings were great. It was clean and the service was awesome. all the staff and kind and pleasant. it was a great experience, would highly recommend and will go back.
Visit Markie's when you're in Ottawa if you want to try something new to eat. The dinner was delicious and worth the price; it was worth what you paid for.
