Every time I have come the location is clean and the servers are very kind and friendly! The food at this location is amazing too! I prefer it over other locations! I was actually talking to someone before the last time I was coming in and we both agreed that the food is not overly salty and that this is THE Mary Brown’s to go to in Ottawa! ☺️

Staff refused to take 1 second - literally 1 second to hand this driver an order going to one of their customers. Were they busy? Their POS device was on the fritz, but at no point over a 10 minute period would staff simply hand the packaged food to this driver. When I asked them to take a moment to hand me the package, I was informed they were busy fixing the POS. I then informed them someone needed to pass the bag to me so the food could be delivered. This resulted in a thumbs down for this driver.
