Nothing against the employees, but McDonald's shouldn't exist anymore... Their so called food is bad, their locations aren't welcoming and their prices are rivalled by actual mom&pop shops that give you good quality food.

We held my nephew’s 9th birthday at this location (9 of us total) and everything was so great! Katie took our massive order and didn’t make one mistake- she even made sure to come to our table to make sure everyone got what they ordered! Also, Colin was so friendly; he arranged and cleaned a bunch of tables for our crew to sit at. We can’t wait to go back- best McDonalds ever! Thank you Katie and Colin!

By far the worst food this brand has to offer in Ottawa. The fries were cold and stale, the pie with the “hot” warning on the packaging was just warm. The Big Mac, Quarter Pounder with cheese and nuggets were also stale and less than warm. We had delivery and it arrived in about 15 minutes, which was the only good part about this meal. Fallowfield location is far better for the McDonald’s craving.

The place was quiet in the early hours of the Thanksgiving weekend. With the outdoor temperature around 6°C, the dining area felt noticeably chilly. The coffee was just lukewarm and the breakfast sandwich was passable, it didn’t leave much of an impression.
The parking area was right next to a construction zone and on a windy day, my car ended up covered in dust after couple hours.
Menu can't show the stuff before flashing. Slow. Over $20 for two egg sized sandwiches and 4 hash browns. Equavlent to theft. Another trash American company.
