One of them was playing with the french fries while the other one was rubbing her hands over the fries to warm her hands up. Then, I told her about it and she denied it while I watched her do it. Then ask me if I wanted her to get more fries from the same batch she was rubbing her hands over. Pretty gross, not only seasoned with salt, but with her dry skin. Pathetic, these people should not be working there. Absolutely disgusting And quite lazy

Waited 25 min in drive thru (at the order speaker) no one answered , finally when someone took our order got cold pies and a sigh when we ordered drinks at the window because she didn’t hear us over the speaker. Worst McDonalds I have been to service wise

Pros: 1. Ice cream machine was working Cons: 1. Clearly blending a McFlurry is too much work. Ordered 3, all 3 had a scoop of toppings on top of ice cream, not even an attempt at a blend. 2. Routinely the slowest McDonald’s service I’ve ever had. Drive through, in-person, doesn’t make a difference. You will see your drink order placed on a cart for 5 minutes before someone ambles over to hand it out to you. 3. No accessible drink machine for dine in? Definitely not the standard McDonald’s expectations, and good luck getting a refill. No cashier (because they expect everyone to use their self kiosks now), so you’re the awkward customer trying to flag down the one person in the back you can see, who is doing their best to ignore you. 4. Can’t blame this specific McDonald’s, but the prices nowadays? It’s no longer cheap fast food, it’s no longer good food, it’s expensive slow mediocre food.
Sorry, but nostalgia only takes you so far, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Stopped by this morning at 8 AM and grabbed a breakfast BLT on an everything bagel — delicious and satisfying. After the renovation, the whole place feels fresh and inviting, with a brighter, modern atmosphere. The staff welcomed me with genuine smiles, and the service was impressively fast. Best of all, this location is open 24/7, making it perfect for a quick bite any time of day or night. A great improvement overall, and definitely worth revisiting.

I have never reviewed this store before but last time I went there I was shocked to see and hear another employee yelling at another one in front of me at the drive thru window. First I had to wait for no reason at 2pm with 3 cars only in the drive thru. When I finally got to the window to pay the guy was busy helping in the kitchen he said cause they are behind. After getting my order nobody thanked me or showed me my bus6was appreciated. Sorry McDonald's on Montreal rd I'm done with you

2025: love the drive thru guys! They are so cool and they are so nice to me.
May 2023: Training new employees. The guy forgot to give us a straw so we went around the drive-thru again as there wasn’t any cars. I tell the person I just want a straw as we didn’t get one. So I pull ahead and the guy makes us wait 5 minutes before giving us a straw!! Then he has the audacity to ask us if we checked the bag lol 😂 😂😂😂 Now let’s see if he can earn back the 5 star rating I just took away.
Dec 2022: Renovations are complete!! It’s awesome inside and I just had the best habanero McChicken ever! They are handing out cold fries during their renovations! However they are so fast to give me fresh hot fries I forgive them. ……. Super friendly staff here especially the drive-thru. Outstanding coffee!! This is the best McDonald’s in Ottawa and one of the first in Ottawa. The food is always fresh and made with high standards. I should know as I come here at least 5x a week. I even got a special Nike fry today June 29,2022.
