I'm not impressed at all. Printer at the kiosk is not working and there is no sign at all to tell customers about it. The tables and floor is extremely dirty , the fountain drink machine needs a CO2 replacement. The condiments table is dirty, the garbage hasn't been cleaned out . They also need to hire more people as well because food service was very slow.

I gave 5 stars for the employee Kevin who is serving many people by himself on rush hour evening at 6:30 pm at the Walmart Trainyard. Doing Cash, Serving Fries, putting all food in the bags... I wouldn't bother to give a review only to show how Mcdonald's at this location using the employee like a robot carelessly... No manager on the floor garbage everywhere, hot apple juice if your kids drinks just go directly to the hospital.
Very sad how Mcdonald's workplace and it's standards are not respected !

If I could give a 0 star I would. We got food poisoning. Not only was the manager on staff incompetent he didn't care about it taking 45 min for our order to be prepared. We only ordered a bigmac meal with a med fries, drink 1 other sandwich along with 1 fudge Sunday we didn't get it for 45 min. My partner has really bad food poisoning, I luckily only ate the Sunday and was fine. The other staff member was also higher than a kite and super slow for 0 reason. There was no line up at all. I'm furious as I see so many negative reviews. Head office needs to come to visit this filthy store and make some changes or more people will get sick or at worst die to food poisoning.

the two guys who managed this place tried to close it 1 hour early in front of my eyes. I told them it is too early and that I would like to place an order, and they started arguing with each other in a foreign language. at the end they allowed me and a bunch of other patrons to order food but take away only.

I usually do not leave reviews but my visit at this McDonald’s was especially horrid. We ordered to stay and the fries were served cold on our tray. It was so dirty, there were no lids for the drinks, no ketchup, definitely shocked with the poor service, staff acted like they were hanging out with each other instead of working. I wouldn’t mind this if maybe our food came out acceptable. It wasn’t busy but it took forever for them to make our simple order. Out of all the McDonald’s I’ve been to this has got to be the worst. I dont even want to give one star. I ordered at the kiosk and didnt get a receipt so i had no proof of my order. I ordered a six piece nugget meal and a junior chicken. I was given no sauce so I asked for one and the lady very rudely told me to pay her 53¢ for it when i had already ordered it. Then realized she also gave me no junior chicken and because i had no receipt she wouldnt give it to me. Not my fault the printer wasnt working.

Sluggish. Took 7 minutes to get a coffee and a sausage McMuffin despite practically no lineup. Restaurant is drab and can use some updating.
I ordered bacon and egg McMuffin sandwich and hashbrown. The hashbrown was soggy like it's been sitting for 15 or more minutes. My English muffin on my sandwich was hard like a rock and dried out. I would have provided a review with my receipt but there kiosk was out of paper.

I’m disappointed with my recent visit to this McDonald’s location. I arrived at 8:50 PM, well before the listed closing time of 9 PM. Despite this, the staff closed the door and refused to take my order, even though I was already inside. If the closing time is 9 PM, customers should be able to place an order until that time. This experience left a bad impression, and I hope management addresses this issue to ensure better service in the future.
