Too be honest im concerned about safety. I watched an employee spray disinfectant on the serving counter and it sprayed into the cups that were facing the top. Really??? Not safe. I mentioned it to the woman serving what happened and I didn't want my daughter drinking out of it. She literally frowned at me and gave me another cup and looked at me like im a problem. No concern or apologies. McDonald's really lost their smiles long ago

Disappointing service levels. One of the worst McDonald's in Canada. The employees are slow and careless. Orders are incorrect frequently. Took them 15 minutes to serve a muffin when there were no other customers. Best to avoid. Never expect 'fast food' from this place.

Not interested in customer service I waited a while before served. On receiving my meal my bun was burnt. Upon my request of a new burger nobody wanted to address the situation. When I asked a one guy who came out to do garbage he told me ask them.!

The manager was poor , i removed all the sauce of my burger & just wanted mac sauce , straight charged me 70 cents for it & the burger bun was burnt at the end

Manager on duty today(was told her name was mimi) , on phone caslsually walking around during lunch rush while gentle men was waiting for coffee , he spoke up she just hid in the back after let the two special needs e employees handle the front.
Very bad customer service. I went there on Friday around 8:30 pm, I stood in line behind a customer, once the cashier finished helping him, the cashier just ignored me, he closed his cash and went to clean the tables, he never said someone will help you or I will be back in a moment. I stood in front of cash for extra 3 minutes while the cashier was cleaning tables and there were 2 persons working inside. They just ignored me as if there is no one in front of cash. I ended up leaving without ordering. I wish google allowed us to give negative ratings so you would receive a negative 5.

The gentleman working the cash around 6:40pm on October 7th is absolutely wonderful. He always has a big smile, he is very nice and very good at customer service. This location is lucky to have him as an employee. I hope McDonalds treats him accordingly based on his great work.

Went to this location today evening. Horrible experience. I ordered coke and ice coffee, but coke taste was like sugar water. And there was no enough cream in ice coffee, just full cup of ice. Very bad service and dirty place ever I have seen.
