I ordered food in the drive-through waiting long time to take the order and the serving the food is very cold and the customer service wasn’t that. Great you are so rude to me.

I visited recently to pick up dinner for my family and was completely unimpressed. The food was okay, but one of the managers whose name was was Tika was completely unprofessional and was frankly extremely rude. She had poor control over staff and the resuturant was a mess and nothing seemed organized or under control. I ended up waiting a lot longer for my food than I should have. They should hire better managers to manage the floor, especially in a rush because the wait times are completely atrocious and the service is utterly horrible.

A manager by the name of Tika (head manager I think), was incredibly rude to not only the customers in line, but straight up yelling at her own workers. I find this very concerning given most of the workers are high school kids whle shes a grown woman. She was saying very rude things and blaming her workers for things they didn't have anything to do like kids dropping ice cream and fries on the tables. She is a relatively short South Asian lady (incase managers black out her name). Overall the managerial staff at this Mcdonalds is not acceptable especialy when it comes to treating staff right.

6th time i order a large fry for my autistic son and they fill it halfway and send it out. They charge 5-6 dollars for a small fries portion in a large fry box. What a joke. Always happens in the evening. What kind of scam is this?

I came to this McDonalds craving a McFlurry I gave them a five dollar bill that was slightly ripped and the employee that was serving me at the counter was really rude to me and said “oh shit! That’s crazy let me ask my manager” the manager said “no we can’t accept this” and for the most part, that was okay until that same employee from the counter went to tell the other employees about this situation in a mocking way. They laughed at me, stared, humiliated me and made rude comments to my face such as “how stupid can she be?” Never going to this McDonald’s again…

Went through the drive-thru on my way home from work, just ordered 2 McDoubles. They came plain, no condiments, no onions, no pickles; just bread, meat, and cheese. Had to eat dry burgers like a picky toddler.

A lady names Navdeep was working drive through. Was waiting patiently for a few minutes to be served only for her to serve a car that just got there. Then when she did have the time to serve me asked me repeatedly what my order was then again at the window. I only ordered an iced coffee & fries. The fries were wet n soggy to add salt to the wound. The service here has gotten worse over the years
Recently I had an interaction with a woman named Christina? She was very rude and insensitive, to which I truly don’t understand why they let people like this run fast food places. I asked for sauce accidentally after I ordered cause god forbid I forgot and was treated with the most ridiculous sigh and comment that genuinely would set someone back years with the aggression she had. Findlay McDonalds do better because there are more people out here that would willingly want to work rather then someone who’s clearly burnt out and not fit for food service at all.

No matter how busy some of the slowest service I've ever had -- I worked McDonald's for 5 years and I know their K-Times are either fake or absolutely horrid. Never uses both order taking machines, 1-2 minute delays when I'm the only one... Inconsistent food. If it wasn't the only local McDonalds I would Not be going here
