Whenever I’m around this end of town I like to drop into this location because as busy as they are the service is great and they are super friendly! Keep it up!!👍😄

Ordered drive-thru firstly the girl acted that she didn’t understand what I want to order then another guy took my order. I ordered 2 mccrispy chicken cajun ranch burgers for which they made me wait for 15-20 minutes and when I got my order there was no lettece and no ranch inside 1 of the 2. Then i went inside to change and the guy with curly hairs working inside showed attitude( grabbed burger, threw away and brought new one threw it on counter). I told him its your job to do it if you are making me wait 15 minutes then atleast give me right food. He just ignored and went inside.

Went through the drive thru twice. The first time we got poutine and fries and they didn’t give us any napkins in the bag. We went in the drive thru a second time for more food and I also asked some for napkins since they didn’t give us any the first time. The guy working in the 2nd window was very rude and gave a lot of attitude when we asked for napkins. Saying in a very rude and defensive tone “we ALWAYS put napkins at the bottom of the bag” like no, last time there was none despite eating messy food, and we had just politely for some napkins this time around.

I bought a big man mean I got home and started eating it, half way thru the burger I saw brown specs on the bottom of my bun I looked closer and realized it was cockroaches baked into the bottom of my bun. When I called to let them know about it I was called a liar, I also called the McDonald’s customer service line to let them know they told me someone would reach out to me within 3/5 days when I asked them if they were going to reach out to the store to let them know that they need to watch out for bugs in the buns they told me no! Who knows how many people have eaten the same thing. Absolutely disgusting.

Ordered a decaf... when I finally got it, it was cold (old?). Waited 10mins for a fresh cup to discover it hadn't been started so asked for a refund.
