Terrible service by the African-Canadian store manager! She called police on me over a cup of water! She said “ You that broke you can’t afford a cup of water” This incredibly hurt my feelings as my house just caught on fire and I don’t have water at home. Mcdonald’s corporation needs to investigate this mcdonald’s and replace the store manager. She didn’t provide her name so I can’t expose her!

My family go to this McDonald's when we have to drop books off at the library. We used to enjoy it but since they are using old cooking oil the food isn't as good.

I was visiting from New Hampshire and I stopped in for food on my way drive back home last night. One of the managers, Mercedes served me with a smile on her face the entire time and she even made my fries fresh per my request! Overall was such a great environment to be in. I’d definitely stop in again on my next trip if I knew she was going to be there:)

I had a very disappointing experience at McDonald's. The food was not fresh and tasted cold, and the fries were soggy instead of crispy. The service was slow, and the staff did not seem very friendly or attentive. The restaurant also looked messy, with tables not cleaned properly.

The weekend manager (gentleman with glasses and tattoo on his arm) is just as pleasant and professional to deal with. He's always friendly and courteous.
Overall, the entire team here deserves some type of recognition for their hard work and creating such a welcoming environment. Keep up the great work! You guys rock 🔥

Since I work nearby, this location has been a regular go to for myself and a number of co workers for the morning coffee run. The staff here are exceptional and they recognize your voice at the drive thru and remember your regular orders. During covid when all the overpaid government workers were hiding in their homes, this crew was bravely on the front lines keeping the world turning for everyone else. The staff are always cheerful in what is often a thankless job. So before you complain that the cheese is a little crooked on your burger, just keep in mind that when you are having your worst day maybe coming back from a funeral or completely drained from a tough day on the road and you really need a hot coffee and a bite to eat, these people have your back. Please don't forget to thank them! Merry Christmas gang!!
