I bit on something hard in my wrap, it fell apart when I got it too. Not even sure what the meat and egg is made of probably rat meat for all I know. Worth 10 minute and 3 dollars to just buy a tims or sandwich else where.

Winter Service Glitches Visited for a quick takeout today. While appreciate the efficiency, was surprised to handle beverage self-pouring for a takeaway order (cup was just tossed on the counter). Requested a carrier bag in -10°C weather but told none were for takeout . Ended up doing the icy sidewalk balancing act - not the most enjoyable experience.
Suggestion for management: Maybe retrain staff on takeout protocols? A little help with assembling orders could prevent clumsy ice capades. The fries were perfectly salted though.
By the way, fix the printer of the self service machine!
