I ordered a nugget meal and for some reason the app glitched and gave me a past order. The employees gave me my food and were pretty rude about me being the problem and said they can’t do anything. My advice to the manager and staff is to try and see it from my point of view not single me out as the problem and say I didn’t double check my order and that’s on me. I shouldn’t have to double check my order every time and if the app is that finicky that you have to say that then I’m not the problem as clearly this isn’t your first time saying that to a customer.

Imagine showing up to a 24 hr McDonald’s after work to pick dinner up just to be turned away because they close the inside in 5 minutes but don’t worry if you have a car you can go through the drive through, what’s the point of letting people in if your gonna turn them away not everyone has a car and I rushed to try and make in time which I did. Should’ve took my order.

The food was good but the guy who took our order seemed confused, and he was repeating everything back to us wrong. When we got our food it was wrong and we went back to ask for a burger without pickles and onions for the second time because one of us is allergic. Also we asked for 3 fries and only got 2, which he made us pay for when we came back. This is so stupid and we should not pay because of their staff’s mistake. He claims to be a “manager.” Will not eat at this location again.
