Maybe I have simply grown accustomed to what McDonald's used to be. Now it is impersonal, cold, expensive & slow. This McDonald's is unfortunately just slightly less than average at no fault to the local management or staff. They did their best within the limits produced by a corporation.

Could be made better was my sentiments from the past but then new drive-thru and upgrades to the interior would have customers expecting more from this location but apparently the upgrades come as a cost to the customers paying more but getting less for their purchase. Orleans is the best place I've seen in the city on St. Joseph blvd as this location needs us to pay for their visual improvements while shafting us on service and quality of products. This is a large fry that barely looks like a medium size and not one fry removed prior to the photo taken

The most rude display of pride in incompetence I have ever experienced. Can’t listen to their customers orders. Blatantly tried to force me to wait while they correct their mistake. Setting terms to how I am to receive my food after I paid for it.
Ultimately, this manager in the picture is waiting outside, who refused to give my my order at the window for over two minutes holding her line in the sand affecting everyone else. By the time I realized she was standing in the cold I took a picture and five minutes had passed. Unfortunately not willing to give me my paid for product with my own dignity intact and their own.
A really disgraceful way to conduct themselves after their mistake.

This location needs furniture updating and should improve on sanitation. Washroom and some tables were not clean.

DISGUSTING AND DANGEROUS. found coffee grinds covering the fries in my poutine. Ended up making me very ill as I am not used to eating raw coffee grinds. Will be reporting accordingly

After ordering 2 fries and a junior chicken for my kids, they won’t give out free water for them. They charge $0.53 a cup where every other McDonald’s I’ve been to in Ottawa would readily give them out for free.

Thursday morning 6:52 repeat order 5 time's asked to pay at first window.. waiting.. waiting.. totally not even acknowledged has my wife did ask her several times for service because we proceed to the second window then a manager comes to the window then a manager comes advises us that we have to drive around again and reorder because she can't take payment at window.... strange thing is they do all the time. as a person that stops 365 day's a year at McDonald's for coffee and food... I am absolutely disgusted in the service at this location and your morning manager needs to be retrained on how to deal with people
