this location franchise' location 2380 Bank St (also owns a few other locations I know), likes to charge for mayonnaise packets when you ask especially I did my order via app, and who carries change thease days.. And like others have posted the cleaning can use more attention.

Went through the drive through, the person taking orders was rude. Go to pay for my food and the guy working the window give me the wrong change. When I mention there’s money missing he argues with me and then hands me my drink sideways and spills it. Management needs to do better.

Food is so expensive and quality of food has gone downhill. Ordered bacon on a sandwich. It was barely on the sandwich. Why should I have to put the food together? Isn't that what I'm paying them to do?

So I thought that going for lunch at 12:20, makes sense for fresh, warm, food, it is prime lunch time… not at McDonald south Bank Street, next to Southkeys , either they did not change the hour yet or they serve only brunch.Mind you the “ complex, demanding, elaborated” order was quarter pound with “cheese” ( we all know it is not really cheese, that yellow thing), a sandwich. The final “Chef prepared “ object was a cold grease dripping, run by a truck, sandwich, over $8.00 that not even a hungry pig will eat. The genius of McDonalds is very young kids, working hidden on the back, using their bare hands, untrained , to throw, at a sad patty the “ fixings” all ending up into the cardboard magic box but not in the sandwich. Please if have a chance , look , if you can, into the McDonald kitchen, see very young kids, no proper kitchen clothes, no hair net, no gloves, no training, in a time when, Covid, made trucks of cash for the chain. Three words, Shame on you

The place is average, but the service and food is delicious, I'm sure not for everyone. the fusion is like Filipino. I ask for not spicy . You can bring your own wine . Is a bonus. We were 4 people. Bathroom is upstairs.Vegetarian options: They have a few plates.Parking: Just a few spaces.

Food was lukewarm, and fries were flat out cold. The staff weren't exactly friendly, more generally dissatisfied with being at McDonald's, and it was readily shown to the customer. There was not a single clean flat surface in the dining area.

Poor management, if you have a issue and correspond with McDonalds Canada. They won't listen to your side of the story, they will cease communications and ban you.
