I came in on New Years. I was to pick up an order. I inquired about it and respected they were busy. Then I waited for over 45 minutes, only for them to tell me we accidentally just gave your order to the wrong person. Ok, I moved on. I came in again a couple hours later I waited for over 1.2 hours, only for them to tell me we don't know what happened to that order. Extremely rude Indian girl working in cash. I have been coming to this McDonald's for over 12 years very very disappointed..

SCAMMERS!! I recently went to this McDonald’s and ordered a McDouble, my payment went through but my receipt didn’t print. The lady in the drive thu said that because I didn’t get my receipt printed they won’t give me my meal, even though it showed on my bank statement that it did go through (which I showed her). I then proceeded to ask for a manager but she said that there wasn’t one in at the moment and to either leave or pay for it again. I then called the store the next day and they said they wouldn’t do anything about it. This is very disappointing as I frequent McDonald’s all around Ottawa but haven’t had a situation like this happen in any other establishment:(

What made me very uncomfortable is once I saw an angry customer (homeless guy maybe) ranting racist slur to an Indian staff. I seldom walk inside since then.

This location is EXTREMELY filthy! Bathroom was absolutely disgusting and stunk of urine. Wet puddles everywhere on the floors with no wet floor sign (I believe it was urine puddles) and garbage everywhere.
The lobby was not much better. Not a single clean table or surface anywhere, garbage and food waste on the floors, and all garbage bins were overflowing.
The fries were less than ideal, nowhere near fresh. My wrap was poorly constructed with several of the ingredients outside of the wrap and in the paper, and my root beer was not even close to being full when received.
The service was sheepish and not very personable and they do not seem to take pride in their job and duties.
Avoid this McDonald’s location unless you want to eat your food in the equivalent of an outhouse and landfill

No Access to lobby and washroom after 11 pm. I was so upset after listening this that I didn’t food after that and i was so hungry but there rules sucks.
