This McDonald's have become a place of homeless shelter, I work at night and its a place where I go for my snack and coffee. But its becoming worse every night I go there. Homeless people sleeping, bad odor from these people sometimes unbearable. Just today as walked in to get something to eat and get a coffee I couldn't I noticed few or more homeless some sleeping bowing there head against table, some had their bags and all belongings on their side. Moreover, their body odor and some unpleasant smell can be detected, so I left without taking or buying anything. The staff are excellent and do their best to seve everyone, but thse homeless are taking the advantage and making it even difficult for the staff to do their job. I have encountered staff cleaning the toilet after those careless homeless made a mess without zero considerate for others. If this continues as is now, MacDonald may lose good customers like me.

I order skip give or take twice a year after a night out. They consistently forget at least one item of my order and ALWAYS forget my dipping sauces AND straws over the past 3 years. Come on guys, what’s the point :( No more ordering from here for sure.

Edit: 2 more errors in a row with orders and spat out my coffee for being sour and gross for the second time in 2 months. It's a shame because the rest of the time it's fine but it's such a risk each order

I just got home and there's a 10 inch hair in my poutine so I got back in my truck and drove back and they told me that there's nothing wrong with the burger so we can just replace the poutine i tried to tell yes there is it's cold because I came back because of the hair just couldn't seen to get it

Crew did not have it together last night. Had to go back for my poutine, and multiple items were incorrect or missing (no CHEESE on our cheeseburger? Come on).
Sounded like they were bickering among themselves about jobs not being done correctly. Perhaps there should be some adults on this shift?

Got a breakfast sandwich here this morning and it was full of bits of egg shell. Had already left when I bit into it. Disgusting.

Food from this location is a HUGE letdown - they cheap out big time. Recently on two separate orders the burgers had almost zero sauce on them. The Habanero McChicken had maybe a dime sized amount of habernaro sauce (seriously...?), and on another order on a different day my Quarter Pounder with Cheese (with requested extra Mayo sauce) had... zero extra Mayo sauce and again, maybe a dime sized amount of ketchup. Dry and disappointing. Highly recommend you order from another restaurant.
I got there early. Doors locked. No way to order food other then rhe app. Nope - you don't get my info. Tim's was better

Don't go here if in a hurry. The lineup was stupid long and can't enter the washroom without a door code and lineup too long for that. I will avoid this one for sure as there is no drive through
