We ordered 1 cheeseburger in meal version and 1 mc double with bacon. They took 15 min to attend us with a lot of rush almost throwing us the take-out bag. When arrived home I noticed the cheeseburger had a very disgusting flavor because it was almost raw. My mc double was not better because it came only one patty and there was no bacon in my sandwich.I know mc donalds is not a Michellin star restaurant but this is the worst I've ever tried.

Placed a 65$ order on the app. Received the completely wrong order (which must of been less than 20$ worth). Contacted the store saying we’d bring in the bag we were delivered (our receipt was on the outside of the bag, but the other order receipt was inside with whatever food the other people ordered). We said we’d bring it all back to get our order rectified. They gave us attitude and refused to help us. Customer service also refused to refund me saying my order was “ineligible” for a refund. So I’m out 65$ and don’t get my food to feed my family. Spent 2 hours calling people left and right trying to get this solved and didn’t even get anywhere!

I'm not a big fan of McDonald's or eating in a restaurant but this McDonald's changed that, my iced coffee tasted amazing and wasn't burnt or anything, has the right amount of cream and syrup, I usually can never finish a big Mac as they always make me sick mid way through eating it but this one I was able to finish and even eat my fries for once, and the employees there were so sweet and friendly and the table service was fantastic! 10/10 would definitely be returning ❤️❤️ keep up the amazing work!!!

Just renovated, but, an insult to Ottawa citizens because the staff are all behind plexiglass! Also, the mobile pick up area is not visible when you drive in. There are no instructions where to pick up the food. Either online, or when you drive in. I tried calling the store four times, no answer. They had to redo my order. The manager said it was no fault of theirs, “it’s not on us”. Absolutely no concern for the disabled, but obviously lots of concern for their own safety.Parking: All the parking is now identified only for pick up orders.
