I don't know why this is such a constant never ending problem. I go through the drive through and place my order. The #2 Sausage and egg breakfast MEAL with TWO EXTRA hashbrowns. When I receive my order I get two hash browns with it. That is NOT what I ordered. I did not order a sausage and egg mcmuffin plus a small milk and two hash browns. I am VERY specific in plain unadultureated English in the local dialect. I ordered the #2 Sausage and egg mcmuffin MEAL (it is not a meal if it does not come with a hash brown) Otherewise I would have just asked for the Sausage and egg mc muffin as it is NOT in a meal. Plus a drink plus two hash browns. That is what I get. When I pont out the order is missing a hash brown I am tld they thought I just asked for one extra. NEVER have I made that order. Never in my life. I said (following McDonald's own menu) The #2 Suasauge and egg MEAL with two EXTRA hash browns ...that makes THREE in total, not two. For once, just once I would really appreciate you LISTEN to my order as I stated it and act on that. Please stop imagining what I am saying to be someting different. I am being deliberately cyrstal clear and consise on what my order is. Yet EVERY single time i have to check the order before driving away only to find my order short one hash brown. Honestly folks, it is YOUR menu I am following and ordering as simplisticly as I can in unambigous plain English. Wrong EVERY time.

Today around 4pm I ordered a regular McFlurry. The McFlurry was $5.20 with less than half of the container full. I asked the employee why this is not full as the price has increased and the packaging has become smaller. But the cup was less than half full and the employee stated they are not allowed to fill it as per management.

Me and the fellas had a monstrous order and the staff were up to the task. Badriyah provided us excellent service while the staff in the kitchen made the best sixty nuggets of our lives. Would highly recommend this location when the midnight shift is working!

I asked the manager to wear gloves because of allergy reasons. Instead of just doing it, he looked at me and said “why?” And that even the sweet Lebanese employee that was taking my order says it’s allergies just wear the gloves. I then watched the manger make the food with no gloves and when I called him out and asked if he wore them, he straight up lied and said “yeah” even though I literally saw him not do it. That’s beyond rude and completely careless.

On top of that, the sweet Lebanese employee was super polite and asked if I wanted my food in the same bag or separate so I said same bag. After waiting over 10 minutes, the manager finally gives me the food — in separate bags. I didn’t say anything but the nice employee came over and fixed it, and said no they wanted the food in the same bag. When I turned my back to leave the manger starts laughing at me and mocking, saying “ahaha they wanted a big bag.” Like seriously? Your own staff offered me the big bag, so what’s the joke? There was nothing funny about it. It was just rude, petty, and unprofessional. I would honestly even call it racism because I was polite and nice throughout the entire interaction and didn’t do anything that could possibly make him act that was towards me.

This was the Asian male manger working Thursday, September 18 around 10:30 pm. Honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

Every time I stop by between 11 AM and 1 PM, the espresso machine is “being cleaned.” It’s hard to believe this is just coincidence, it feels like this location deliberately chooses peak hours to avoid serving espresso. Other McDonald’s manage to clean their machines at better times, so either the staff here are careless or just plain lazy. Extremely disappointing.
