Just got my ubereats order from this MacDonald's. I ordered a family meal for 3 of us and they sent one happy meal for $32.70. So they were smart enough to put 3 drinks in the order, but I guess the 3 burgers and fries was just too hard to figure out. Everytime I order from this location they forget things in the order. And they charge several high fees. It must be embarrassing to be so incompetent you can't do the easiest job on earth. Pathetic.

I've lived in the area for 2 years now and the service has gotten worse and worse, just got a 10 piece nugget meal with sweet and sour sauce and some how they gave me 1 sweet and sour and one BBQ sauce, I wish this was the only time they've messed up my order but it seems like it's every time now, with how expensive the food has become it's inexcusable.

Today’s visit to this McDonald’s was absolutely awful. Dirt and mess everywhere — we even had to clear the table ourselves from leftover food and trash just to have a place to sit. During our entire time there, no one cleaned a single table for other customers. Every surface was dirty, trash was literally spilling out of the bins, and the state of the restroom isn’t even worth mentioning. It was so cold inside that I wanted to leave before I even got my order. The saddest part is that about a year ago this place used to be really good — clean, cozy, and pleasant to visit. Now I just couldn’t hold back from taking photos and leaving this review. Very disappointed.

I ordered a poutine at 10:30pm and the whole meal was cold and clumped together and the gravy was very sour. I understand it was late at night so it might of not been the freshest fries etc. but it's not ok to serve the gravy spoiled.

I generally only go to McDonald's for egg mcmuffins when I am on the road. This drive through was so fast I swear they must have been cooking it before I was finished ordering!

This is the second time I have gone through the drive-thru and my egg/sausage McMuffin was awful. The egg was not properly cooked, the yoke was running, the sausage patty was undercooked and the muffin was not toasted enough. It was a mess. I am very disappointed. I won't be going back anytime soon. And there was a nice big hole in the bag they gave me this in.
