I don’t like to eat fast food but when I do, I want it hot clean and fast. This McDonald’s location really has stepped up their game. There was a lady that was going around cleaning tables immediately after she saw each guest leave. Another worker went around, asking everyone if they needed anything like extra ketchup, napkins, and asked everyone if everything was OK. The food was extremely fresh and hot, which is extremely rare for McDonald’s. Whoever is managing this McDonald’s please go to other locations and specially the disgusting ones in Gatineau and teach them how to run things. I’m impressed!

Had a fifteen minute bill time for a 5 minute order. The atmosphere was loud and obnoxious, but I don't blame the parents who were around for trying to mediate their children's actions... Management in the kitchen is quick and responsive as long as you communicate with them. Mcdonalds has become way to expensive regardless (hence my reviews quality)

ONLY drive thru open after 10pm- not good, if you want to relax and eat Inside. I would highly suggest to go to 1880 Carling McDonald's- only 1 km away and you can eat Inside restaurant 24 hrs
I ordered 6 muffins. I was sent an empty box with "Sorry, we're out of muffins" on it. Still charged me $7.

By far the worst McDonald’s in Ottawa . The drive through takes forever busy or not . They always ask you to pull out of the drive thru and say they will bring you your food to the car even if there is no one behind you ( I have now found out this is because they are on timers for orders and are trying to avoid being shown as slow ) . The problem is they take forever to bring the food and the last time they did it was cold because it was sitting there for a long time . I was asked to do this again the other day and again with no behind me and I refused . They were saying I had to etc . I says but there is no one behind me and I’m not delaying anyone but they kept saying no sorry you must go to the other side amd we will bring you your order . I them told them to cancel it and refund me. The customer service is dismal and they are trying to hide it from the head office I guess . Avoid this location if you can

Rude and terrible service.... some how they also manage to mess up my order consistently. (NO mayo on my burgers please) ...all 3 juniors are only and extra mayo? And yes it even said no mayo on the wrapper. Unbelievable.

I ordered a big Mac meal (coke with no ice) and my drink was so watered downed it wasn’t even funny the meat also tasted funny and it was a waste, don’t waste your time at this McDonald as there is another one 7 minutes away that is 10 times better, do better?♂️
