Worst service I ever received from any store I went many McDonald's, Tim Hortons or many food chain even pizza stores to pickup online order for Uber or doordash or my order and here it happened third time today again and same guy working i donot know the name because they are not wearing name tags. First of all my order came in store before and they never know before and today as well then he has to do something in his screen so that it will display in orders and then he served minimum 15 orders in front of me in which more than 10 customers came after me. I keep asking and waiting and he took more than 15-20 minutes in 1 order When i told him at last that's not good more than 15 mins in my order and you served others before me and he even said I have to serve store orders before the delivery order. Then why you guys even take Uber or doordash customer order if you going to serve them not by turn but at last only. We also have that our job to pick order on time and deliver to customer. This is the worst service I received in my job even pizza ones are more faster than this fast food suppose to be store Owner or manager should explain them to serve orders by their turn and give equal amount of attention to all orders

Kinda wish the kiosk would notify me when ingredients are substituted. This location doesn't have leaf lettuce and uses iceberg on their BLT McMuffin sandwich.

Great location. Better than a typical in-store branch and it is all because of the friendly, attentive staff. Each time I come here for breakfast they have been great! Pay them more!

I'm not sure why but this locations staff seemed a bit frazzled when I was here. It was early afternoon on a weekday and not particularly busy but I think my single person order took at least 15 minutes.

Disgustingly dirty and staff are very short and rude. They put delivery people up front and make walk-in customers wait. Tables are usually stained by a dirty wet cloth, the ones actually 'cleaned'. Hamburgers were sloppy and kinda soggy. We did not eat. In a Walmart so I suppose that's expected?

Mixed bag. Sometimes my order is fine and they do a great job making it, other times it's really not good and not what I paid for. Gambling on a meal shouldn't be a thing, so I'd recommend avoiding this place. So far my messed up orders were a cheeseburger that was passed off as a quarter pounder and a tea that wasn't steeped or mixed. This was on two separate occasions within the last month. Also the place is kinda dirty most of the time. Some staff do make the food correctly though, but it's not worth the gamble.

Back section was closed, leaving four tables that were all taken. Back section had staff hanging out in it, though. Got my food. Asked the girl with glasses if I can open up that section since all the tables are full and there was a bunch of people waiting for food. She said sorry “sorry I can’t. I’d have to open it to everyone.” I told her all the tables are full. She looked around, saw I was right, said “I don’t know what to tell you.” And turned and walked away. So I went out to eat in the parking lot. There’s other McDonald’s customers out here, eating on the ground, including a senior woman. Nice one, guys. All because you don’t want to wipe some tables after. A+ plus service. “I don’t know what to tell you” that’s bottom feeder energy.

My God one of the slowest mcdonalds in Ottawa, they even cheat the now serving list, one single. Mcdouble and they clear it off board, there chit times are horrible in don't reccomend, imagine having to cheat chit times, I had a big mac meal mceoue and nuggets and they clear a chit with one single mcdouble on it, every single time
