I had a very unpleasant experience at this McDonald's location. The level of hygiene and cleanliness was absolutely unacceptable. The employee served and made drinks without wearing gloves or a head cap. To make matters worse, the guy literally held the coffee cup by the top rim with exposed, long nails. It's basic decency to handle food and drinks by the bottom, not the part people drink from! Additionally, the food was prepared without any hair covering or face masks, and the staff's faces were exposed while handling food. This is not just a minor oversight, it's a serious concern when it comes to hygiene.

I honestly don’t know what’s going on with this McDonald’s, but the customer service is absolutely terrible. You can be standing right at the counter, and the staff will look right at you but still take ages to take your order — like you’re invisible. They act like you’re not even there, just talking among themselves while people are waiting.
The service is painfully slow, and it’s not even that busy most of the time. You’ll see employees disappear into the back when there’s a line forming, instead of stepping up to help. It really feels like they go out of their way to avoid customers.
This location seriously needs better management and staff who actually care about doing their job. It shouldn’t take forever just to get a simple order when all anyone wants is quick service and a bit of respect.

The service experience at this McDonald's varies, and I've noticed some inconsistencies, and a certain....pattern.
Today, the staff didn't say a single word to me at the window, and the food tasted older than usual. My order was missing napkins and missing a straw, which was frustrating.
A couple of days ago, however, the service was great—friendly staff, fresh food, and all the necessary items provided.
I can tell the quality of the food I'll be getting just by hearing the voice at the telecom...
Also, watch out for the huge pothole.

Enormous pothole outside of drive thru, some people who work there are pleasant to talk to but others won't say anything and just hand you the food and walk away. Food is 50/50, and then you get things like this happening. Thank God there's another location down Montreal road instead of this one.
Absolutely terrible service, watched multiple cars give up and leave the drive thru and waited almost half an hour for 2 happy meals. Workers were incredibly rude and didn’t even apologize for the wait or anything. Do not advice going to this landfill

Just got home. Ordered a Big Mac combo with Coke Zero and Habanero McChicken. Received cold fries, Sprite, and a regular McChicken. It was not busy. Pretty crap… check your order
