November 12 at 1:03 p.m. I’m an Uber delivery driver who just picked up two orders from this McDonald’s. The woman who handed me the order spoke to me in a very degrading way, asking me twice to confirm the pickup, even though I had already done it before she said anything. I was shocked to see that she rate me two time to Uber despite my calm and polite attitude.
If her goal was to harm me, it won’t work. her rating gets lost among hundreds of positive reviews I’ve earned. Delivery drivers deserve respect too.

Probably the worst McDonald's after rideau one closed down. Missing 2 items in a 6-item order, like 1/3 of my food is not there ! Only realized after i got home, wont go ever again.

Probably the worst customer service when ordering through the app. My partner and I ordered a small meal that in total cost 17$. We got charged and received a receipt in our email, but the order wasn’t showing up in the app. We talked to multiple workers they said they can’t do anything bc their pos is having trouble (and instead of trying to fix it we just see them stand around and do nothing. We talked to the manager, they said we just need to connect to the WiFi… we did and stood outside for another 30 minutes nothing changed. Refused to give us any option to help us. And so we had to leave since we ordered at 11:57 and waited out there since 1am. Customer service was terrible, and as a worker currently in customer service I can’t believe the laziness.

I ordered a meal, then asked to use the restrooms as they were locked, they said all their restrooms are under renovation! I doubt that they were honest!!!! And if it is true! Thats the worst customer service ever! And also they lack basic communication skills.... Very disrespectful staff...

Honestly , I’m new in the area and I personally think that this is the best Mcdonnal of the area and one of the best I ever been , staff managers very professional, always working as a team ,and everytime come here is very clean ! 10/10
