Most pathetic trained staff at this mcdonald's. They gave me a wrong order(beef instead of veggies at drive thru) and when I went in to let them know so they could fix it, the staff just smirked saying they will change it. No sorry nothing. Then as she took it back in the kitchen I see them just laugh off the mistake. Do we as customers don't even deserve the basic decency of how they manage a mistake done by them. Terrible.

DO NOT GO TO THIS MCDONALDS! We have been to many McDonald’s and today the service and food quality at this one was very much lacking. The gentleman was very confusing when he took our order and I had to clarify that he got it right. My husband and I asked for mayo and they only gave us three packets even though there are two of us in the car, so not enough mayo. My husband’s drink wasn’t filled to the top and tasted more like water than soda. My burger was poorly put together and they forgot the pickle shaker mix in my grinch meal for my fries. I would understand if you ran out of shaker mix but then at least tell me that you ran out. We are a big fan of McDonald’s usually, but today was a disappointment. Then we came back two days later because we were at the mall and thought we’d give it another chance. It’s 7:45pm and the lady at the intercom told me they were closed which doesn’t make any sense because the McDonald’s is open 24 hours a day. Then people in the drive-through weren’t leaving so my husband and I were stuck in the drive-through and couldn’t leave, but we also couldn’t order anything.

It's usually busy during lunch hour or dinner hour, but it's fine but overall I love McDonald's, it has the BEST BAGELS AND FRIES YUM!!. I do miss the play place but it was also dirty so I get why it's gone but love coming here, I'm here everytime I have money and I love eating here

I realize you shouldn't expect much from a Mcdonalds but at least put your sandwiches together properly. The place wasn't even busy and my burgers were all thrown together. I've been to better McDonald's that's for sure! Plus side the place did seem clean.
I went to this McDonald’s with my girlfriend last night And I ordered a mc double meal with no mustard and pickles because my girlfriend is allergic and the burger had both we went back and they could not remake it so we said it was okay and left and today we come in and I ordered on the kiosk and again I put no mustard and I accidentally put no ketchup instead of pickles so I asked if they could change that and they said they already made the burger so I asked if I needed to buy another which I would because my partner is allergic and they said yes they can remake it but when we got home my girlfriend went to take a bite of her burger and smelt pickles meaning they just took off the burgers and never remade it they could just informed me that they did not want to remake it And I could have paid for a whole new one but instead what they did was lazy and honestly disrespectful they could Have seriously harmed my partner.

It was warm in the winter and it is cold in the summer. It can get a bit busy and be a little slow but it's overall a nice place to sit and eat

#1 McDonald’s where there’s a 99% chance your order will be wrong. Always check your order immediately, because they constantly forget items, like fries etc, or give you a completely wrong order or incorrect items such as different burgers etc. They also forget basics like straws, or ignore custom requests to remove certain ingredients.
And don’t even try using the parking-lot pickup where an employee brings the order out - expect to wait 30+ minutes.
