Slowest location ever. Other commenter is right, they take your order off the board and then don't start your order. Long haired male manager is rude to his staff in front of customers. Stale bun but hot chicken so a star for hot chicken patty and getting the mayo and lettuce in the right place I guess.

The only McDonald's I've ever been in that DOESN'T sell milkshakes. One of the most identifiable items on the menu and this McDonald's doesn't offer milkshakes. Their excuse, they were sent the wrong ice-cream machine.

I come here on a regular basis and there has never been a time that they either don’t forget something or pay attention to modifications. I asked for Mayo, there was non in my bag, as well as no extra mustard and no extra pickles. Every time I have to open up my hamburger to adjust the toppings. There always big dollops of sauce and toppings instead of a nice drizzle. Anyone who passed food safety knows that you don’t tear up the cheese curd packets with your teeth! You used to accept the horrible service and food presentation only because it used to be cheap, now it’s not even cheap and it’s like that! Last time in here, or any mc’s

The worst McDonald's I have been in my entire life. Staff were mean and racist to my black 2 kids, I had to rush to Queensway hospital becausemy husband had a surgery and my kids were having an activity around, so I gave them a debit card and asked them to wait for me in the Macdonald and buy some food when they would be done. The kids ask for a cup of water and they charged them 3 dollars ..I was shocked. I ask for an explanation and they say they are afraid that people would still the soda. It is sad that a young staff would profile kids and think they are there to steal soda. especially when they had bought 2 combos and could refill as much as they wanted. I ask for an explanation to the manager to understand what would motivate such thinking she was rude, would not apologize and the staff was laughting at the back as if what she did was okay. To rob and steal three dollars from two kids 11 and 12 years who just are there.not only the manager wouldn't provide any logical explanation, she just had the I don't care attitude I am very sorry that McDonald's would employ people who are racist and rude.

I’ve been here twice and the two employees I’ve been greeted with are so friendly and kind.
I keep forgetting to ask for their names but I’ visited the store on Oct 1 and bought a meal at 1140 am. It was the man that took my order and there another young girl working (i think she was the only one on shift ). Hopefully this information helps and they get some recognition!
