This evening Ordered a McChicken at this store and was disappointed with the time they took to provide the order and also the presentation. the lettuce was falling out all over the place and looked like it was just thrown in. Presentation matters, and this one looked quite messy right out of the box.

Zach the team lead at this location handled a rude and disrespectful customer interaction so well. He stayed calm and patient and continued to provide excellent customer service to the customer who continued to be a nuisance and be rude. I was really impressed by his customer service.
This Mcdonald's is gaming the system. They take your order off the board within a minute and then take their sweet time getting your order together. The company should crack down on this location.

Rating this as a McDonalds and not a posh cafe. For what you want when you come to a McDonalds it was perfect. Quick, clean, friendly and efficient staff, no dramas. Got what I ordered in a manner I expected. Can’t say more than that

10 minutes to fill my mobile order, which was one large soft drink. They literally just had to give me the cup because it's self serve. Why did that take 10 minutes? Edit: I gave this location another shot and this time it took 12 minutes to give me an empty cup. Jesus this place is a mess
