Order for eat in at 1022am. Received food at 1042. Watched multiple guests order and receive after us. When asked, No explanation just told, preparing food now. Food was like warm at best.

They parked me for 1 sandwich and the open manager I guess the lady wasn't nice about it and very rude too. I wasn't impressed I waited 3 mins at the second windows and then tell me to park for one sandwich

If you come to this location in the morning or afternoon, then it's fine. But in the evening this is one of the worst locations in east Ottawa. You could be one of only 3 customers standing inside and still somehow end up waiting 20+ minutes for a regular burger combo. And then after those 20+ minutes they will let you know that it will be a bit longer, by then 30-40 minutes have passed, you will finally leave with your food and then realize they somehow still managed to get your order wrong despite having the time to make the food from scratch if they wanted to. The evening shift here could not move any slower or care any less if they tried.

Had to go inside after going through the drive through as one full meal and my dips were missing. Staff then claimed " how do we know you didn't misplace or hide it to get extra". Definitely will not be going back to this location. My response to them was "how do I know this was an accident and not blatant theft from the staff". After speaking to a manager they apologized but too little too late for the absolute disrespectful behavior by staff.

The employees at the drive-through are always friendly and showing great customer service. I went inside the other day during lunch rush and the manager seemed like the sweetest person. Keeping his cool under pressure, paying special attention to detail and orders, and calling/handing out the food to every customer with a smile on his face. Great team effort.

terrible service in this place, I ordered delivery to the address not for the first time and with each order they do not put either French fries or some drink. Then the delivery person himself did not bring the order to the exact address, I had to go down 3 floors below and look for it, because someone else could have picked it up

Just now Went through the drive thru and it was the rudest service I’ve ever encountered. From taking the order at the speaker (very abrupt - like we were interrupting), then she just handed the bag of food without a word and closed the window quite hard. I don’t get it.

Be careful about going in early in the morning. I ordered to pick it up in the parking lot and they refused to bring it out to me.
Yesterday I went and they had no one working the drive thru while a big line built up. All the people in front of us ended up leaving and after 15 minutes, we did too.
