It was the first and last time i am ordering from you. The objective is to save time from my busy schedule. After I picked up the order. The next day we noticed the order is completely wrong. We don't eat pork the meals all had pork. Completely different meals from what we ordered, we even got extra sandwiches more than we ordered. Since we are busy, i don't have time to return and fight back. All i can do is leave this review and never order from them again and definitely will share the experience with my friends. I love Meal Prep Ottawa! Their meals are well-portioned, healthy, and tailored to a variety of different dietary requirements (including vegan, which can be hard to find at other ready-made meal places). I’ve ordered their meal plans for delivery and I’ve visited their physical location for pick up, and I’ve had an excellent experience both ways. MPO is perfect for busy people who want to eat well, or for times when health or mobility don’t allow for cooking (e.g., after surgery). Their products are very good value for the quality and care that goes into every meal (e.g., including the calories and macros of every dish). Thank you for all you do!

P.s having meal preps will change your life. I get about 6 meals a week and balance it by cooking when I feel like it and when I don’t want to I have a meal prep. Makes it easy to stick to your goals.

Meals are ok the portions are never the same even if you buy the same meal. I don’t believe their macro counts are accurate because of that. Some of their food doesn’t even have macros on it so it’s hard to purchase not knowing what you’re fully eating.

No matter how many times we write special notes at order time, the delivery guy ignores it. All we ask is for him\her to ring the door bell so the food is not left out in the blazing hot summer sun for hours.. We've had meals go warm this summer. We're home, there's cars in the driveway, just ring the door bell and leave.
