Meals are ok the portions are never the same even if you buy the same meal. I don’t believe their macro counts are accurate because of that. Some of their food doesn’t even have macros on it so it’s hard to purchase not knowing what you’re fully eating.
I have been ordering the meals from Meal Prep Ottawa for a while now. Excellent tasting and easy to use! I also like to recycling that they do with the containers and coolers. Service is even better than the food. Thank you!
I came here at Christmas for their delicious family turkey dinner. Today I went back and picked up a bunch of healthy and yummy meals for myself. Started tonight with the Gourmet Grilled Chicken salad. So fresh, real chicken! and delicious!
