Yogurt was okay. Good selection of toppings, seemed a bit expensive though... You pay by the weight $2.99 per 100 g. We filled our cups about 3/4 full and they ranged between $12 and $15 each.

The place was dirty and sticky. A lot of the candy slots were completely empty and no cold toppings. This was mid afternoon.

I agree with the others—the quality of their yogurt, especially the original tart flavour, has really gone downhill and just doesn’t taste the same anymore. I’ve been a regular since they opened and always came back just for that flavour yogurt. But today was probably my last visit, not just because of the taste, but also because of how rude the lady working there was. If they’re not giving out sample cups or spoons anymore, they should at least explain it nicely. Instead, she just stared at me and acted like I was annoying her for even asking.

I feel like the quality of this Menchie's location has gone downhill. Place looks unkempt, service was mediocre and the prices have drastically gone up.
I personally find frozen yogurt places overhyped and expensive. If you're okay paying $40 for 4 people to get ice cream then you'll enjoy it. I had a small sorbet combo - I think it was dole whip and strawberry. It was okay but the flavour was a little light. Everyone else seemed to enjoy theirs. I only did a small amount because I was conscious of price. As others have said, be mindful of loading up on toppings. The price can soar pretty quickly. It's pretty much serve yourself so no bonus points for service which consisted of pointing at the cups and weighing them at the end. Cups are only one size to encourage you to put a lot in them.

Excellent service from Michael a couple of weeks ago. He went above and beyond. He makes sure all the toppings are available for customers and is pleased to see people take their time to choose. to Menchies is my all-time-fave froyo franchise. I also adore photos of Kourtney Kardashian on the wall. ?
