We had an absolutely wonderful evening at Meow! when we went to listen to some live music.The whole place is lovingly decorated, and so much fun to look around at.We ordered pizzas, and my goodness, they were something else! The sauces (which we were told are all handmade on the premises) really set the pizzas above any others.The service here also bears mentioning. On the evening we were in, the two owners were taking orders, tending bar, making the food, and also taking the time to make sure their (very full room of) patrons were all content.Going into Meow!, we knew no one and we're unfamiliar with the restaurant. By the time we left, we felt like old friends that had been there several times.The owners went above and beyond with their hospitality- always making sure we had drinks (especially water, as it was a warm night), ensuring we could see the performers from our post at the back of the room, etc. We were truly blown away by their service, and look forward to returning very soon.
Parking: Limited parking nearby, so be prepared for a bit of a walk unless you take transit

Went here for a show and some food a few weeks ago. The show was great and the food was super tasty. Only minor complaint is that it was (sort of appropriately) really hot inside. I was just pouring sweat. Likely a non-issue in the winter.

I really enjoyed my time here, we came for a comedy night. The food was good! We got the pizza, which I thought was a bit small for the price point, but they were very tasty. I like that we could try their hot sauces with the pizza. The chili soup was very good and good portion size as well. We also got pretzels, which I thought were a bit salty - so I ended up picking out the salt pieces.

Great bar and excellent hot sauce with a wide range of flavours! The owners are friendly and really cool, and do a lot for Ottawa's live comedy and music scenes. Definitely worth checking out and supporting this place.
