Absolutely amazing food quality. Delicious homemade food with large portions and a very reasonable price. The creamy coleslaw is the best you’ll ever have. *** six *** pieces of fish with the fish and chips. The chicken Caesar salad wrap was amazingly fresh and delicious. 😋 Absolutely recommend.

Found this hidden gem and wasn’t disappointed. It is a no frills place and the service is slower with one cook, one server and one cleaner. The portions are massive and super affordable. You will not leave hungry.

Brought Mom here for lunch on a recommendation from a friend! The food was absolutely delicious and the portions were ginormous! Pricing was extremely fair for the portions we received! Nice, friendly husband and wife owners....we will be back!

Restaurant has closed twice fore extended time. First time one week . Now for to weeks to attend family celebrations. Restaurants don't vlose for special occasions holidays. If you want a vacation have replacement staff to fill in otherwise you're in the wrong business. Customers deserve to be served when taking time to drive to a redtaurant

The food was ok but the service was very very slow.
The restaurant is small, very basic. We were in on a Saturday around lunch. 1 waitress, 2 cooks, that's it.
It took about 5 mins for coffee and juice, 45 mins for eggs (breakfast meal), 1 hour for fish and chips and over an hour for a burger.
The fish and chips were decent, HUGE portion. The burger was bland, waaaay bigger than the bun which made it very difficult to eat.
I get this is a simple diner but I expected faster service. Otherwise, the prices and food are ok. Just ok.

Excellent pricing and big servings. However, after waiting a half hour for the food, it was Meh. I ordered the hot chicken sandwich, the chicken was dry, and nothing seemed fresh. My grandmother ordered the BLT that came with burnt bread. My mother ordered gravy on the side for her fries (cavandish) and never got it. I'm not sure if we got charged or not since the server refused to show us the receipt.

This is such an amazing place, reminds of the good old days. My family and I went at around 5:30pm on a Sunday for an early dinner and boy did we enjoy it. We had fish and chips as well as a pickerel dinner, the portions were massive and so appetizing. I’m normally not a coleslaw person but this place is an exception, it was magnificent. I’ll definitely be going back simply because of how much we liked the food and atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Heard great things, stopped by on Sunday morning for breakfast and I was totally sold. Home cooked home fries, great portions and ridiculously inexpensive. Can’t wait to try lunch.

I was really looking forward to this place after reading through reviews. I don't get it at all. The food was meh at best. We stood and waited for close to 30 min for a table, which was our decision and not at all a problem. Once we were in, the 2 tables that sat pretty much the same time as us had eaten and in the process of paying, and we hadn't even received our food yet. The food itself lacked flavor and seasoning.
