I guess all Milano franchises are not the same. I now live downtown Ottawa and used to live in Gatineau. The Gatineau Milano on Gréber makes really good pizzas. I figured I'll give the downtown location a shot. Unfortunately, the pizza was not that good, and like other reviews mentioned here, the food was overcooked. Plus, it did not have the same ingredients that I was used to. I'll give this location a pass next time. Recommend you do the same.

Honestly, I am visiting Ottawa for work and the first night I picked up a couple slices on the run. They were soooo good I bought a pie tonight. Even better! Great service and the best pizza I have ever had. Not greasy, crust is amazing, delicious. Highly recommended!

Hey guys ever cook chicken strips/nuggets/tenders before? I tried to give these guys a fair shake but after the third time ordering this and it always being way overcooked/burnt, I mean come on man. Chicken is the easiest thing to fry and these guys can't get it right. Not to mention the subs are completely bland and the pizza is usually overcooked too. That'll be the last time I ever order from here and I'll encourage ppl every chance I get to stay away from this place cause obviously they don't know what the he'll they're doing.
