On Friday i ordered 67$ worth of food, nothing ever showed up. I ordered a medium pizza, 2 drinks, and boneless wings, with hole order was expensive. I called right after we never got are order. We got terrible customer service and the workers didn’t care, i ended up going in person, and still terrible customer service. I always order from here i love the food but after this ill never be ordering from here again. 67$ down the drain. Very disappointed. And then wasn’t able to contact an owner. Very BAD experience. Not impressed.

As I was away and had no food for dinner back home, I decided to stop in for a take-out pizza. The place doesn't look well-kept, a little dark and it also doesn't look,like the place is frequented often. The guy who I assume is the owner/manager took my order and started working on it. Meanwhile another employee was sitting behind the counter in an office chair watching videos on his phone occasionally glancing around. I would've expected him to at least walk up to the counter and ask if I wanted a drink or side with that? At one point, he joined the guy working in the back and they had a short conversational argument. The guy who had been playing on his phone telling the owner that he knew when his cheese was ready and to leave him alone. During this time two teens walked in. I looked at them, was honest and told ' em they might be waiting a few. The owner/manager finally walks up to the front, hands me a warm pizza and I can finally pay!
When I got back to my unit and opened the box, the pizza looked decent - a good size for what I ordered given I'm a single person but looked a little wet/greasy

I had inquire ld about a pricing issue. I happened to look at the wrong store website menu. Not realizing they are all priced differently. The delivery guy is always fantastic. The own was disgustingly rude to not only me but to his delivery guy and worker. ( I've seen him working there making pizzas) he was yelling on the phone at me and him. I was just simply asked why there was a difference in price. It could have been simply explained in a respectful tone and I would have understood and happily paid. Instead, I had sent my order back not wanting to support this kind of owner if this is how he handles his buisness and speaks to his staff.

Sorry but I order a club sandwich and received a crust as a second slice no mayo in it ordered a poutine they send me old fries and a pound of wings and the got sauce was just at the bottom so disappointed never gonna order there again

Bunch of clowns - literally are asking ME what the price of their special is and blaming it on the website not being updated. Told me to order elsewhere. Level of incompetence is off the charts. Give your money to a hardworking business that actually cares.
Overpriced. Not worth it. Plus the guy is super rude on the phone is super rude. It's not the first time I've had problems with these people at Milano pizza... Go somewhere else. Trust me

I called for a submarine and they made me feel like it wasn’t worth for them to deliver and they are 5 minutes from my place. So I don’t recommend them for delivery.

terrible service. dont order through uber eats. clearly said "backdoor" on the delivery instructions. pizza was left at my neighbours door for 20 min while the app said it was still on the way. finally called the restaurant and they were crazy rude.
