I’ve been ordering from here since 2022. I have to say whenever I call the person on the phone is very kind and willing to accommodate any requests either for the food or for delivery. I love their cheese and veggie pizza extra toasted. Delivery driver is awesome and very polite. Keep the good work going!

Order through UberEats fulfilled via inhouse delivery staff. Delivery driver left it outside my apartment building without any notification or contact. Unsurprisingly, it was taken from outside. Representative blamed the app and that there was nothing they could do. So now I have no food and am out my entire bill.

We had a very bad experience there. The place was dirty, the wait was too long. The server was talking and coughing while plating the food…so we weren’t excited about eating the food, but when we bit into the chicken wings we both agreed that we would have a long hungry night. The wings were hard as rocks and way too salty. The poutine was just the worst I have ever tasted in Canada: The fries were cold, the sauce disgusting and the cheese was hard and had a funky smell. This was one of my worst experience with food, but there’s no zero star.

I would rate 0 stars if I could. Ordered through Uber for delivery as I have done multiple times on the past only to be called and told we don’t deliver to you your too far, the guy on the phone was extremely rude & Uber was no help I ended up having to pay a 63$ cancellation fee even though they cancelled the order. Talk about a scam. Milanos had easily become my go to pizza place but I will NEVER order from this location again.
