Always loved this pizza, but I ordered Greek pizza and the pizza was extremely undercooked, I politely called and explained to the owner and I was told “ooh well you should’ve ordered it well done” I explained that I order all the time but this pizza was raw and just mushy dough. I never like to complain but the owner was extremely rude and didn’t do anything to help. And just condescending acting like it was my fault that the pizza wasn’t cooked when I’ve ordered from there over 10 times… very disappointing and lost a long time customer

Seriously, this place is a joke. I ordered chicken wings, and they made me wait an entire hour. Sixty minutes for chicken wings! When I finally asked the bald guy behind the counter what the deal was, he just got mad at me. I was just asking for an update on my food that I paid for an hour ago, and he was completely rude. Unbelievable way to treat a customer. The wait time is ridiculous, and the customer service is even worse. Do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else. That bald guy /owner needs to chill out or find a new job. Never coming back.

Very nice pizzaria.. Our first time here. Very kind and hospitable staff. Order was taken and pizza was ready in no time flat. At home.. pizza was nice and warm...very well cooked...and the ingredients were generous..not skimpy at all. Crust was excellent and tasty and cheese and toppings were yummy. Our first time here... But... I'm sure it won't be our last.. Ok..time to eat moreeee.

I went to try the Skinny George’s Philly cheesesteak, but they only make them on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The incredible server Kelly, recommend the Milano steak sub and add secret sauce, saying in her opinion it is even better. She was 100% right. It was absolutely incredible and I don’t now if I would even bother trying anything else (but really, I will have to have the smash burger at some point)! The skinny fries are also so good, with a seasoning and very fresh. Highly recommend this restaurant, not just for the food, but the incredible service as well.

We ordered for delivery more than an hour ago. We are located less than a 5 minutes drive from the location. When we called after waiting 50 minutes to ask if there was a problem the person who answered very curtly stated it the driver was on route! Bad attitude and poor service!

The Lady who answers is always bubbly & awesome attitude. The Delivery driver who's a Dolphins fan is also amazing. They always have my order at Cascades by 12pm & they have amazing fries.

I just order for third time combination pizza the best , last weekend I went there for breakfast really good , server so nice she needs to be recognized for amazing work she does , the owner very nice , polite , this going to be my favorite place . Also the driver who deliver the pizza very nice man .
Always enjoyed my Milano pizza until tonight. Tonight due to our hotel we ordered from the St. Laurent location, Pizza was inedible, dough was sour like it had gone bad. Not my typical experience but I’m not crazy about trying it again next time. We usually order from uber but thought we’d grab it ourselves as we were out driving around. Not impressed at all. Tried to provide the feedback through their website but it appears they don’t want it as the website doesn’t allow it.

Best Milanos in Ottawa, sit-down restaurant style with full menu gives it a completely different atmosphere. Food was great but the owner impressed me the most, works the cash and then makes the rounds checking on customers at their tables and chit chatting with his regulars. This place is special.
