excellent service and food
A mistake was made on my order, something I didn't order was given instead of the correct item. called to sort it out, was disconnected twice then they just didn't answer the phone when I called back. tried several times, no answer. sent a message on Facebook, message was seen, no reply.
Terrible customer service.
will never order from there again, and will discourage everyone I know from ordering there.
Food is always great. Best garlic dip. My delivery guy a few weeks ago was on the phone with me for half an hour and walked around trying to find my house even though the roads nearby were closed and it was bad weather. Food was still warm too.
Both times I had him I forgot to ask his name but he was super awesome. If I could give more than five stars I would. You guys are awesome!
