Came in for take out. Ordered the donair platter. It was delicious! The reason for the 4 stars with food is I wasn't a fan of their fries. But everything else was excellent. They even give you gravy for your fries! And dip the donair in it?! Amazing!! Order the donair. Whether a platter or on its own. Don't think you'll be disappointed.

Absolutely appalled at the lack of customer service. Their online ordering made a mistake. I ordered a pizza with vegan cheese. They said it didn’t come up on the bill with no rectification offered. I had vegan pepperoni on the order as well. The vegan cheese is no extra cost so there’s no reason to try and scam them but they are acting like I did. I offered to return the pizza untouched if they would replace it and they basically told me to kick rocks. Will never return

We love Milano and regularly order from this location. We've ordered from other pizza places in the surrounding area, but we keep coming back to Milano. The garlic sauce is delicious and we've never had issues with the pizza.

The vegan pizza is really good, cheese and topping wise but it seems like every time we order from this milanos, the dough is extremely undercooked, like raw. Our most recent order was so doughy, I had to put it in the oven for another 30 mins. It’s a shame cause if they cooked it more, it’d be my favourite vegan pizza. (The photo attached is AFTER being in my oven and it was still doughy). I’ve had better experiences with the other milanos locations.

I ordered a pizza and pizza was absolutely delicious, with a perfect crispy crust that had just the right amount of chew. The sauce was tangy and flavorful, complementing the fresh mozzarella perfectly. Toppings were generous and fresh, making each bite a delightful experience. The balance of flavors was spot on, with no single ingredient overpowering the others. Overall, it was a satisfying and tasty pizza that I would definitely order again. Ordered from this location of Milanos. The pizza was uncooked and the cheese was really weird. A solid pale white colour. Each slice had barely two toppings on it. The sweet dip tasted like melted mayonnaise. Had a hard time communicating with the gentlemen on the phone to understand if our order had gone through properly. Which it wasn’t, so we had to order for a second time. We wouldn’t have minded the 2.5 hours wait if we didn’t receive what can only be described as the pizza equivalent of baby Ruth’s face. (The goonies)

Called for a pick up order. When the phone was answered it was put on the counter with no one saying hello, but you could hear the person having a side conversation about someone who was 1.5 hours late (assume it was a delivery driver for his shift) Asked for a pizza burger pizza NO peppers and add bacon - was told no pizza by this name. He asked what was on it and I told him, again saying NO peppers. Get home to find the pizza I ordered and spent almost $40 on was made with peppers! So that is/was $40 down the drain. Will NOT go back to this location.

Just got a wrap and was utterly disappointed. The chicken wrap came with mostly cabbage and tomatoes. Hardly any chicken in it. Do not buy from here. They obviously do not treasure their old or even new clients. Bad food Shame on you Milano pizza!

I have been ordering from this Milanos for some time but recently (past 3 months) their food quality has been slowly declining. On multiple occasions they have put little to no gravy on their poutines. I will no longer be ordering from this location.
