Wish I could give them 0 stars. Extremely unprofessional extremely rude took a 15 dollar tip and did not tell me the price of everything together. Can’t believe this. Also the store is less than 3 minutes away I got 10 dollars back from giving them 50$ bill. Absolutely insane since he said on the phone is was 25$.

My go to local place, been going since before they moved down the road and new place looks brand new and tons of room in kitchen. Always kind and pizza is on point. Great dough, sauce and topping ratio been dozens of times and no issues to note thanks guys

False advertising on the "cheese curd poutines". And they even call themselves "poutinerie Quebec curds" on Uber. I've yet to get or see any cheese curds in my poutines. Shredded cheese and gravy on fries is not a poutine 😩

I’ve been eating Milanos for most of my life, from Eganville to Casselman. This location, though? A pizzas worst nightmare to be made here. The crust was so dry I thought I’d accidentally bitten into a piece of drywall. I honestly rather chow down on a piece of sandpaper at least that’s got texture.

Paid 19$ for a smoked meat sub and a drink… there was like three slices of meat and some mustard sauce and it wasn’t anything special. In this economy please spend your money elsewhere, businesses have no excuses being that lousy when they are charging 19$ for a sub when people are just trying to treat themselves.

Normally I LOVE milanos. Best crust in my opinion, and a great amount of cheese and toppings. Extremely dissatisfied with this location. Not milanos in general. Just this location, this experience and the quality of this pizza.
Tonight I ordered from the 1234 merival location using an uber coupon. I specified 'lightly cooked and extra sauce'. When my pizza arrived I noticed the crust was hard and lacking flavour. There was NO sauce. I mean like, 5 % of regular amount...and I asked for extra. So it wasn't lightly cooked and there wasn't extra sauce. Normally I don't care, pizza is my favourite. I dont even want this pizza. The taste and texture were terrible this time. I should have just ordered pizza pizza, sadly to say.
On top of my order being messed up and quality being sub par, the customer service was horrendous. I called to complain... and they guy said I can come in and replace it... I explained I'm a 1.5 hour bus ride away. He rudely said "you bought from uber, what do you want me to do ?".
I said there must be a way to put me in the system for next time I order in the area. He rudly explained to me there is nothing they can do. So I asked for a supervisor, which he ignored. I asked again and was told there was none available. He then proceeded to ask for my phone number and claimed I'm in the system now. How is it all of the sudden he CAN put me in the system? Idk.
Extremely dissatisfied, waste of money. I don't know how the milanos in Orleans can have the best quality and the milanos in merival can have trash.
The employees are super nice and the prices are very affordable.
I recommend this restaurant to Google and its listeners.
