We came here yesterday with a group of 18 friends after hearing great reviews, and it absolutely lived up to the hype! We ordered the steak pizza, pepperoni pizza, vegetarian pizza, and generous servings of poutine, and everything was perfect. The pizza crusts were just right—crispy on the outside and soft on the inside—and the steak was cooked perfectly. The poutine was loaded with fresh cheese curds and rich, flavorful gravy, easily the best I’ve had in Ottawa.

I ordered a medium milano special. When I picked up, the guy told me he made a large by accident. When I got home, it was obvious they added toppings to a previously made pizza. It wasn't fresh and tge toppings would just slide off as they did not adhere to the cheese. I dont like being lied to and scammed. You lost a customer. I will never order from You again.

I live in the east of Ottawa, near St-Laurent shopping mall and I drive all the way to Baxter road (near Ikea) just to get my pizza fix. As an ex Milano owner, I can tell they care about the customers and as well for their food. Food is very good and prices are fair.

When we saw the shop we didn’t think they will serve good food but we was wrong ,the beef gyro was so soo juicy and tasty and different, and thier prices are meaningful, the definition of don’t judge a book by its cover 😩the food was soo yummy 😋 next time I’m trying the chicken gyro

Amazing stake subs when you get just the onions, green peppers, mushrooms, & cheese & sauce....!! Mouth watering pizza 🍕 as well. Highly recommended, I top 5$ every time. 😎✌️
We have been eating at this location for years tonight we ordered pepperoni and bacon and when my wife took a bite of her pizza there was a long black hair in it not very good as now we won't be eating anything from there again

Pizza great can’t complain, only complaint I have is after telling the people I have only $100 bill and would like to give a tip and told them to make sure the driver knows, my total was 40.86$ something around that no more that 40.99 and no under 40.01. The driver comes with only twenties obligating me to give him a 20$ tip after he was staring at me the whole time and when I asked about change he kept saying No. I would order from here before just make sure you have a card and not cash.
