Made reservations at Milestones last night. We were seated and waited for our server. They were not very busy so we were surprised by how long it was taking. Twenty minutes went by and my husband mentioned it to someone at the front. They were surprised that we hadn’t even met our server yet and went to tell someone. The automatic tip added without telling customers, and then having the credit machine prompt for a tip for unsuspecting customers is a scam. Truly classy restaurants don't try to trick their customers. I won't be back. Our whole group with the exception of one got tricked.
Yesterday i had a very unpleasant experience with my family yesterday at your restaurant, as after waiting 1 hour in the cold for our table with a kid of 7 years old , we were called for our table and as we are all fully vaccinated and we do respect well all the health procedures , my husband did what he does in every restaurant and showed his proof of vaccination with his scanned copy ID because he doesnt like to have his ID everywhere with him, but the unprofessional receptionist...read full review

Milestones is a restaurant known for its friendly service, with a welcoming atmosphere and a good location. The atmosphere is modern and inviting, the menu has something for everyone, and the food is consistently fresh and flavorful. Service is attentive and fantastic, making every visit enjoyable. The Bellini is a must try. However, this particular location is getting a little tired and needs some updates. The benches in the booths are worn and ratty looking, and the windows looking into the kitchen are greasy. Still a favorite, it is a great choice for a night out with a varied menu.
