Honestly very disappointed. My fiancé and I went for a date night before a movie as he had a $50 gift card. We made a reservation for 5:30pm to get in on the happy hour. Once we arrived there was a sign on the door saying they don't accept those gift cards anymore. We thought “okay no worries, we will still get in on happy hour”. We sat down and asked for the happy hour menu when the server told us they don't do happy hour when there are events. When we looked inside their regular menu and online it says “happy hour every day from 3-6”. There are no Asterix notifying this does not apply when there is an event. Second disappointment. Okay well we already ordered drinks so we will stay and try to make it a positive. We ordered an app and our mains and waited over 30 mins for any food to show up. Then our mains arrived with no apps. We notified them and they did comp the appetizer but the service was very slow. They also gave us dirty utensils. We really tried hard to enjoy the night. Once the bill came we then noticed that all of the food was a couple dollars more than what was listed on the menu. They said they had recently changed the prices due to inflation. Why would this not be indicated on the menu? They did take off $7 for this. Just disappointed with service, food, and honouring the menu that they advertised.

The food was good as well as the service. Exactly what you expect from Milestones. However, the restaurant is in need of some love. The seats are falling apart, the walls are rough ... felt like we were at a dive.

Reserving a spot for six of us for dinner before an Ottawa Charge game was fairly simple. All of us absolutely enjoyed our meals which came out in a decent amount of time. I had the delicious beet salad with grilled chicken - fresh and tasty - and my wife had the blackened Cod which was scrumptious! No complaints. Highly recommend.

Brunch was very disappointing. Food was cold, eggs not cooked as ordered, bacon was omitted on one of our guest's plates, coffee refills took forever even though restaurant was half empty. The bathroom was not clean, dirty water glasses that had to he replaced, ant table was sticky. I rarely write reviews but this had to be said! Given the cost, we expected more especially from Milestones. We won't be back.

We've ordered from this Milestones several times through Uber Eats and they NEVER get our order right. They need a quality control system for their delivery orders.

worst service ever recieved. I asked for a refill for my drink and it took 30 minutes. Water was left empty for everyone. My friend can't eat pork due to religion, she told the waitress she asked no bacon on her burger, instead they just removed it instead of making a new one. Burgers were burnt, waitress wasn't attentive at all and gave us annoyed looks. We came here because the other restaurant were all packed and saw this one was empty, big mistake. No wonder it wasn't busy it was a terrible experience.
