Oh my, why don't restaurants have air conditioning? The restaurant was so hot and when we asked if they could turn on the ac, they said they couldn't do anything. Finally they opened the doors and the 31 degree out door temperature had a cooling effect. Food was good, but not great...the steaks were over cooked. Service met minimum requirements, but nothing more. We were not asked how the food was or if we wanted refills on our drinks. The restaurant was not busy.

Great food

Went in and our table was filthy. Waitress was nice enough but we were so grossed out by our seats and table being sticky / tacky to the touch that we left out of concern for hygiene/ food safety.

Horrible service, even before we had the chance to place our order. Walked right out.

The food was average. It was not a busy night but the waitress didn’t come by that often. We were asked when making the reservation if we wanted indoor or patio. We asked for indoor hoping for AC but when we got there, the doors were all open and it made no difference where you sat. The chicken pesto dish (not pictured) barely had any pesto. The coleslaw that came with the Korean ribs were bland and soggy. The ribs themselves were good. The burger was fine. As was the butter chicken and the green curry.

Ordered the pesto chicken penne and it was terrible. Hardly any pesto and the chicken was fatty. Definitely not breast meat. Will not return

Our hostess was great. We sat on the patio and had one of the best waiters ever, Funny, personable. Had great suggestions for dinner ideas. Honest. Can't remember his name, please track it down and share our appreciation. He helped to made the night wonderful and we will definitely be back because of his service.

If you want to escape the outdoor heat, this is not to the place. Felt like a sauna in there. Other than that, food was decent and service was as basic as can be and even a bit slow considering there were not many people at the time.

The food was mediocre, the server we had was horrible. We had a party of 9. The server knew she was getting the tip automatically because of the 18% applied to big groups. Under no circumstance did the server deserve that 18%.

Not coming back and do not want to waste my money.

Came here for dinner, and got happy hour Bellini's, and 3 of their happy hour sharing plates (Spinach dip, gyoza, and chili chicken bites).

The Bellini's are always excellent here and for their happy hour price you can't go wrong. The spinach dip was excellent, the chili chicken bites were decent but I wish they'd been a bit crispier. The gyoza were fairly average overall, they came with like a teriyaki sauce on them, and I'd have preferred to have the sauce on the side personally.

Overall, pretty good, about what I expect from this style of restaurant.

Food was good as well as service , it was super hot inside I’m not sure if they have AC but if they do it wasn’t on, so we sat outside instead. Ordered off their happy hour menu not much of a deal but the food was decent

The Milestone's of today is NOT the Milestone's a about 5 years ago. The quality of food, furnishings, drinks have slipped, seems like they are cutting corners. We were a total of 3 people and once seated at our table , the table was not set, no cutlery , napkins , the table was sticky and the chairs were old , leather ripped on the seating part of the chair. We orders a couple of Bellini and was disappointed with the presentation, it was definitely NOT the same drink we always had, served in a martini glass , half melted , you can tell they were cutting back. The food was just OK, something I myself could make at home. When you eat out you except to have an experience , not just food to fill a hole. It was not worth the $200 spent for 3 people. I won't be heading back to Milestones . Our server was kind and nice, she was the best part of the experience. You need to do better Milestone's there are many options out there.

Two of us had steak (7 oz sirloin)...inedible. I ordered med rare and it was very well done. Veggies were also inedible. Mashed potatoes, fries, and others' meals all fine. Two of us ordered a second beer and they took so long to come we cancelled, and paid the bill. Excellent wait staff though!!

Our drinks were amazing except our mains took more than an hour to be served. Once we received our mains, they gave us the wrong sides. For example, I ordered sweet potato fries but I received garlic parmesan. The cooks on our steaks were wrong. I asked for medium rare, but it was well done. They did offer free drinks/desserts for the wait which we did appreciate. Sadly, the desserts weren't good. The cheesecake tasted old. The cookie was very hard and didn't seem like it was warmed up. Two of my best friends were visiting out of town so it was disappointing that the food wasn't as expected to previous experiences at other Milestone locations like Rideau.

We arrived just before 6:30 pm our reservation time. No one was at the desk to greet us until 6:37 pm. The restaurant was not busy, but probably not enough staff, since no one was there to greet us. We were there on a Tuesday night because the wine is half price. We started off with ordering our drinks from the polite waiter. However, when we asked for a Caesar, they were out of Clamato juice. So I ordered a beer on tap. One guest tried to order a new item on the menu, but apparently it wasn't available either. So she ordered an alternative. We each had Caesar salads, which were quite good, and then a while later our dinner was served. The wine we ordered was not available, because we ordered two bottles and we were brought 2 bottles of a different kind. The waitress said that only one bottle of the kind we ordered was available. So, she brought the one that was available and returned the other. Three orders of sirloin steak were served, each was supposed to be medium cooked. One was more or less well done. The Jasmine rice my wife ordered was apparently minute white rice. Our shrimp side order was overlooked, so we had to remind them of our order. It came about 5 minutes later. Two dishes were served without forks, that had been taken away with the empty salad plates. So, our friends had no forks to eat their meal with, until about 5 minutes later. The vegetables were all undercooked. I believe that the restaurant needs to rethink its customer service and realize that stock-outs are not good for business. After spending almost $200 including an overly generous tip on the meal for my wife and I, we vowed never to return to this restaurant. I do believe that the suggested tip rates should not include the 13 percent HST before the calculation of starting at 15 percent. Why should customers pay fifteen percent on the taxes included on the total? It adds substantially to the amount of a tip. After this experience, I would not recommend this restaurant.
