We've ordered from this Milestones several times through Uber Eats and they NEVER get our order right. They need a quality control system for their delivery orders.

worst service ever recieved. I asked for a refill for my drink and it took 30 minutes. Water was left empty for everyone. My friend can't eat pork due to religion, she told the waitress she asked no bacon on her burger, instead they just removed it instead of making a new one. Burgers were burnt, waitress wasn't attentive at all and gave us annoyed looks. We came here because the other restaurant were all packed and saw this one was empty, big mistake. No wonder it wasn't busy it was a terrible experience.

Had a fantastic time at milestones we were a big group, but the service was fantastic and the food was really tasty. The Bellini is a must try. I would highly recommend.

I did order from Uber what sheat take 1 hour to geave the it to delivery that was the first and last order because that you have 3.8 rate

I’ve been here twice in the past month for brunch and both times it took an hour and a half to get our food. Servers did not come around and were just sitting around. When we asked for a refill for the coffees, they said they didn’t have any and they had to put a pot on. We finally got another cup at the end of our brunch. Our food was good but was barely warm. It was not busy so why did the servers let the food get cold without serving it? We will not be returning to this location. It should not take almost 2 hours to get eggs and potatoes. Very disappointing!

It took nearly 10 minutes for the server to even come to our table. Then we waited nearly an hour for our food to arrive. Only after 45 minutes of waiting did the server offer a plate of (overdone) fries to “nibble on” until our food was ready. The server checked on us only once during that 45 minute period. There was also another duo seated at a table near us who left after waiting 15 minutes and not having a server come to their table at all. Our server said that the kitchen was “overwhelmed”, and yet we were told it was reservation only that evening so they should have anticipated the volume of orders. This seems to me that they didn’t staff the kitchen appropriately.
The server seemed to forget we were there. Ignored us and we waited a long time for our food

The waiter was amazing. What I wanted was on the happy hour menu so dinner was 1/3 the price. Including the bottle of wine. Very fun relaxing meal. Well done.

Milestones Lansdowne is starting to show its age needs some updates food and drinks was ok, we sat on the other side where you can't see outside not a fan although the waiter and staff were awesome no toilet paper in the women's washroom was quickly addressed anyway I will return to any one of the milestones in the city it's still a favorite 🤩
