Milestones is one of our favorite chain restaurants. We were commenting that in all our visits, we've never had a bad meal. And the staff at the Pinecrest location is friendly and always ready to assist! It wasn't busy on a Wednesday night, so the sound level was quite low. We've been there before when the restaurant was full, and the noise level was higher. For the price and for the ambiance, Milestones is a go-to for us in our neighborhood.

Good was good , but my wife ordered one thing and got something else but we waited 45 mins so she said I'll just eat what they brought out , we ordered a few glasses of wine and a pop fir my daughter. Wine came out and had to find a server to ask if they could grab a pop fir my daughter 5 mins later our server came with a coke for daughter and made a dumb joke about it being the biggest coke they have if it was any bigger we would have to sign a paper to get it. Food was good but for $130 I think they would get meals correct . And for the price of food maybe have more servers on. Our guy looks like he had 15 tables

I recently visited Milestones and had a mixed experience. While the restaurant was packed — a good sign that it’s still popular — the service and menu left quite a bit to be desired.

The biggest issue was the slow service: it took 45 minutes for our food to arrive, which felt excessive. Our server was overly friendly to the point of being a bit overbearing — a little more focus on efficiency would have gone a long way.

The menu was limited, and it’s disappointing to see that some of their best dishes have been removed. To make matters worse, the portion sizes were noticeably smaller than they used to be, which made the already underwhelming experience feel even more disappointing — especially given the prices.
Milestones still has a lively atmosphere and clearly draws a crowd, but with slower service, a reduced menu, and smaller portions, it’s starting to lose the appeal that once made it a go-to spot. Rating: 2.5

Food was mediocre. The service was awful - we were served by Laurie who seemed like she hated her job and we could tell by the service. There was an automatic 18% gratuity that was added to the bill at the end as we were a group of 7 people. This makes me believe that our server felt like she didn’t need to put in any effort or even crack a smile because she was automatically getting a great tip regardless of providing good service AT THE LEAST. We will NOT be returning. Spend your money elsewhere.

I am writing to bring to your attention an incident that occurred during our visit to your establishment on [December 20 ], when we were dining as a group of colleagues.

When ordering alcoholic beverages, we were asked to present identification. As we did not have our physical ID cards with us, we offered to show our identification electronically on our phones. This was refused, and our alcohol order was cancelled.

However, what is particularly concerning is that some members of our group who are white were subsequently served alcohol without being asked to show any identification at all, despite being part of the same group and seated at the same table.

This unequal treatment made us feel that we were subjected to racially discriminatory treatment, which is unacceptable. We fully understand and respect the rules regarding the sale of alcohol, but such rules must be applied fairly and consistently to all customers, which clearly was not the case in this situation.

I am writing to ensure that this incident is taken seriously and that appropriate measures are implemented to prevent this type of situation from happening again. No customer should feel targeted or treated differently because of their appearance.

We had a great experience at Milestones. The service was friendly and welcoming, our appetizer came out quickly, and the drinks were delicious. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a really enjoyable place to dine.

The only downside was that the bathrooms were a little dirty, but overall it was a lovely visit and we would definitely return
