Excellent lunch menu & food. Arriving right when they open might not be a good idea as staff were not prepared.

Our reservation was ready when our group arrived. The hostess and server were very professional and helpful. The item I chose, a Pork Chop in a wine sauce was excellent. My friend's "ribs" were also excellent. The restaurant filled up, and we were there for three hours but were never rushed to finish and leave. Thanks to all of the staff!

i always have a great time here, we went for mocktails and had their shrimp appetizer it was AMAZING, also the carrot cake was super yummy too

Arrived 10 mins early for the table (outside) to be told a 10-15 min wait - as we walked past though tables were open. Food was a LONG wait, from seated to food arriving was over an hour. Wrong entree turned up but this was quickly rectified. Second beverage request didn't show up. Was charged for a third entree we didn't order - BUT on returning to the restaurant after discovering the error this was rectified. Was given a coupon for the cost of the extra entree. We were offered a gift card or refund initially, and I asked for the gift card. I'm pretty much getting the food I overpaid for at a later date. Essentially, poor experience despite the good food - likely then a staffing issue.

Overall the food was good. However the moldy fruit on the dessert kinda changed my review of the food. Service was very slow. Party of 2 arrived at 6:30 and didn't get our bills until after 9. Restaurant is showing signs of age.

I usually dine at the Kanata location but gave this location a try instead. The food did not seem quite as good however our server, Lori was amazing!

It is unfortunately that your menu is so full of garlic items. Many of us have intolerance to garlic and finding garlic free items on your menu is a real challenge. I had requested a window seat but for some reason this information was not received and we were seated in a very dark corner of the restaurant. It made it hard for my elderly family members to read the menu. Overall I find the light levels at the restaurant quit low and wording on unpleasant.
We had a party of 5 including an 11 month old. She had the best of times, staff were exceptionally helpful. Food was hot and delicious! This luncheon was for my husband's 65 th and he received a free dessert to top off his experience! It was not too busy at that time from 11:45 to 13:00 and felt it as a great experience! Thank you!

We had a lovely ladies lunch on Tuesday. I asked for a quiet area and got one. I asked for a lamp because our table didn't have one and it was a little dark and our waiter brought one over. Food was great, service was great. I'm sorry I didn't get our waiter's name but he was excellent.

We had the filet and the brisket ground chuck burger. The filet was done to perfection, the garlic mash was right on, the beans were perfectly cooked, the peppercorn sauce was scrumptious but we just didn't appreciate the added cost for it $5 ! Just offer it with the steak. When asked if there were any steak sauces the server said no. So there was no options. The burger and fries were really good as well, very tasty. We had an awesome experience from beginning to end! We will be back !

Milestones is always a good bet food-wise. The service this evening was extremely disappointing though. My first ever negative experience at Milestones.
